I sent the message (actually, responded to the earlier offer on my ad to take my car for salvage) and got a text from the tow driver within an hour and scheduled a pick-up time for the next day. The tow driver kept me posted with updates, showed up on time, and within ten minutes of arriving I had cash in hand and the car was on the back of the truck. So easy I regret not just going that route earlier. Great service, courteous, fast and efficient. Are you sure you want to waste your time and energy trying to sell that old beater? This might be a better option.

Very quick and easy experience! Steve was super friendly and came out the same day I called to ask about service. Got a decent chunk of change for a car that had been growing moss for about 3 years. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to get a scrap car towed away!

Murray is the best guy you can have, very nice and receptive.I forgot my gas cap after buying gas, I browsed the price online and was getting the range of $50-70. I called Murray and I went there, he gave me what I was looking for at $5 dollars, eventually I wasn’t with cash and wanted to pay with my card, he said I shouldn’t bother and practically he gave me for free.This Man is such a nice man, a nice place, if you have any parts you want to buy, just give him a call and go there, you will get it a far cheaper price from the market price.The man is a good Man, God bless him

The gentlemen named Tyson at pro auto recyclers was very helpful over the phone. I needed a tire rim for my car and they had it in stock. I asked them to have it ready for me when I arrived and they did just that. These guys are pretty great actually and I definitely recommend this buisness to anyone looking for auto parts for a good price. I will for sure come back if I need parts for my car in the future!Pic 1 - busted my rim going around a roundabout and lost control because of an icy patch and hit the curb hard this winter.Pic 2 - Rims I bought from pro auto recyclers!! Never seen a business owner hurting his own business more than this guy. Make themselves busy without accomplishing a thing. What's the point of answering a phone if one don't know anything (nor price, delivery, or availability). A response is always to call back without intention of calling back. Promised free delivery without having any working vehicles; only lost time. Always have to show up to deal in person when it's the 21st century. Very annoying to deal with.They have a good inventory, but should pull up their customer service and work on their management skills.

Please try to avoid these guys by every mean possible. Neighbor wreckers are heaven compared to these guys. Let alone the sad fact that auto part price gouging is happening these days and we have to go through it. These guys promise you pickup or delivery dates after which you don't get items on time, you call to ask why?they claim they never did promise so. Very rude individual Nassib specifically. I told him this is the last time we're dealing with you, he replied back even better. That's one of the co-owners talking like that. His name is also mentioned on their customer satisfaction guarantee paper sign hanged in their shop. Obviously they don't care aboit customers or whatsoever, just avoid them by all means possible.
