I got this company's information from another towing company that I was using to tow my dads van to my sisters house. My dad also had a junk car that needed to be towed. No body was there to assist the tow man with the car but he got it taken care of. He communicated very well about everything, was super accommodating, very professional and even gave a little cash for my junk car. I will definitely refer them and use their services if needed in the future!

Yesturday before I drove from marietta I asked hey is there a warranty on the sunroof I needed his response what do you mean I then explained that I bought a sunroof from another junk years and had to return it because the slides were bad he said yes we have two I said I'm on my drove from marietta get there waited asked again as I wait are you sure it works no issues he said yes no problems ok few hours got the item drove back to marietta put it in noticed not as smooth so we sprayed the rails had to adjust but it finally closed came back next day to check and grease more if needed it would go back and then wouldn't go forward unless you inch it slowly by button once almost half way a bracket snapped called him up sent emails with pictures then he says well from what your telling me it's because of pressure put on it and we have another if you want to pull it I can give you a discount so I said your not warranting your item like you said he said that we can't warranty stuff that brake do go there

I went to this salvage yard to purchase a car engine and a radiator. I was convinced by the on-site mechanic to go ahead and allow them to be the ones to put the parts into my vehicle. Long story short, it has now been over a month and they still have my car. Apparently the mechanic who was supposed to work on my car was arrested and according to the owner they don’t have anyone else that can work on my car. And the owner has been nothing but rude and condescending whenever I call trying to figure out a solution. Mind you I paid them up front IN CASH. I don’t recommend this place whatsoever.

They are some horrible people. They pretend as if they are good people. They are really not.Rusty whom I thought was a good person. He completely lied through the process, wasted our time, I’m pretty sure he completely lied about even having the parts. Because I had to call the day before and even days prior to that to even get an answer with my part. They call back today and tell me the part is way to rusted and it can’t be used. Like really ?? And he was being rude about it, like we should take it or leave it as if we are desperate. We asked to speak to a manager and whoever we spoke to was even more rude. And so dismissive.Without realizing the real problem or they just didn’t want to be at fault. But they were, and they handled it Soo wrong, now I need to start all over again looking for parts. I pray God gives your business exactly what it deserves. Karma is real! If I could give them a 0 I will !!!!!!! Complete waste of time, btw this is the second time they wasted my time like that. If I ask to see the part I’m sure they won’t be able to show me, throwing different prices around. It’s crazy. Don’t deal with them.

If you are calling for parts don't bother. The guy on the line answers with a slur and hangs up as soon as you ask if they have a part. If you are lucky he'll immediately tell you "whe don have urt" as in "we don't have it" and then hang up.
