The Big Haul crew showed up at our home on time and with a positive, professional attitude. They completed the job quickly (taking stuff to the dump as part of our move). And then they volunteered to help me move a large piece of additional furniture just because I needed the help and had none. What a crew! I would never use anyone else. The company came to help remove 30 years (or more) of junk from my parents' garage. They were on time, they were polite, worked hard and fast. They were pretty amazing. I would tell any friends or family to use them. They really went above and beyond and kept the price at the full dumpster charge that was online. Their employee, Greg, did all the heavy lifting - fantastic!

My car broke down over an hour away from home but luckily next to this most honest mechanic. I received the best customer service I have ever gotten from anyone. I envy people who live in the area. I may go back there next time my car needs work done because I am sure I can't find another one like this mechanic near my home.

Highway Robbery! Brought 1 of my catalytic converters in and they paid me a measly $75. The next day, I found out it was worth $500! Thank goodness I hadn't cut the second cat off my vehicle yet! I should've done my research better and I shouldn't have trusted that they'd be honest! Not to mention, when putting your recycling on the scale, you can't see the scale readout and you have to use their baskets on the scale, which you don't know how much they weigh or if it's zeroed for the baskets. They can literally write down any weights they want. I'll use the extra fuel to take my recycling to Calbags in Tacoma from now on! They're still honest as far as I can tell.

Fantastic service and they give great advice. I come here for cylinder honing, boring, crankshaft grinding, wheel bearing removal, axle assembly re grease, brake rotor resurface and many more. Ric is the engine specialist, and Jack is great all around. Sam can do work on your car for a good price. He did my all 4 corner of my 2008 Ford F150 for $200 labor including resurface rotor and brake fluid flush. A+!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They pulled the part and had it ready for me when I arrived. They also let me test the part in my vehicle to make sure it worked before paying. This is the second time my husband and I have come here for car parts, and we’ll definitely be back next time we need something.

This guy was selling a Volvo 240 wagon. Said he had done all the work. Didn't want me taking too close a look. Wouldn't hoist it up and wanted to skip right to the test drive. He was not happy when I tried to get the vehicle inspected before purchase. Inspection revealed huge host of problems. Motor mounts, suspension bushings, coolant hoses all shot. Motor was leaking oil and coolant. The mechanic who did the inspection said it needed 4 to 5 thousand in work.No wonder he was so short with me. This guy tried to trick ms into buying a project car at the price point of a restored car.Don't go here. Don't get dishonest service.

They have places to separate your trash from recyclables here which is great to see a way to help things get properly disposed of and reused if possible. The facility is actually fairly clean seeming and well maintained. The day I was there I did not notice a horrible stench but it was also a cool day outside so not sure what it's like on hot sunny summer days.

This looks like a small operation, goes directly to a private phone line. I needed an unlock on a Saturday evening and he was able to come by within the hour and get me going. $80 for the service, other tow places wanted to charge $300 with a 3 hour wait. Thanks!

I called best use auto parts looking for a motor for a 2004 GMC and the customer service was great. They worked with me very digitally to find the right motor, however, was not able to. This place is great, I went for the first time today (really my first time recycling anything for money aside from a few times doing aluminum cans as a kid) and it went about as smooth as I could have hoped and I left feeling like I got a great deal. I brought in 3 tubs of copper tubing, I wasn't totally sure if it was all #1, #2, or some kind of mix but I separated it as best I could. Turns out it wasn't even necessary because they just gave me #1 prices for all of it! I called another place before coming here and they told me that all copper tubing is #2, which didn't sound right to me but maybe I just didn't know what I had? Anyway, great place with great people working there. I will definitely be back!

Had 5 trash cans of aluminum cans. Never been here before. I got in line and pulled in. Super helpful dude asked me for my ID and rolled up 2 big trash cans for my cans. It got weighed and I was told to go to the office for payment. When I looked at the total, I thought it was a mistake. It was 3 times what I thought I would get. The last time I recycled cans was 6 years ago. Times have changed! Another employee helped a lady get back into her truck that she accidently locked herself out of. He jumped into the back and popped open the rear sliding window and crawled in. Got to keep the line moving!

Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. They have vehicles with in all price ranges. Thanks to Leo's Affordable Used Auto I finally have a reliable truck an car. They put tires on the car without me asking. Recently they had a couple of parts for my motorcycle. True definition of one stop shop for repairs, parts, tires and Affordable Used Auto Sales. Owner is a strait up guy. If they don't have what you want chances are they will get it. They called me three weeks later. I don't plan to go anywhere else to purchase my vehicles.
