If you are a motorcycle owner or enthusiast, this is the place to stop in. I went in looking for a Klock Werks flare for my late model HD, knowing little more than the fact Parti Animal was a dealer for that brand. They had exactly what I wanted in stock, and the staff were right there to help, offer advice, and give friendly opinions. Looking around the shop, I could have easily dropped a mint on the things on hand I could see at a glance.

I've shopped for parts here maybe a dozen or so times in the 3 years since moving to the area, and I haven't had a bad experience or any real complaints to speak of. Only big downside is there aren't any prices displayed or marked on anything. If you want to know the price of something you have to bring it up front to have it scanned or holler across the store to the clerk at the counter. They aren't open til 8 or 9 like most bigger chain auto parts stores so buying parts here last minute on a weekend evening isn't going to happen. Even though this store is only 1.9 miles from my house I find myself driving the 10 miles to WI Rapids to buy any parts I need, mainly because I always forget this place exists. Im a mechanic and my work sources majority of the parts we use on customers vehicles from this store, and it would appear that this store (like most napa's) get majority of their business thru commercial accounts

Hank is a scammer and a con artist. Most of his vehicles are lemons and don't even run. He sold a car to my aunt after filling the transmission with saw dust. The transmission went out the day she bought it. Hank should be in prison for his illegal buisness practices and fraud!!! STAY AWAYIt was a Ford she bought. She took it to the dealer and when she took it in for repair the dealer told her she was scammed. She took the car back to you guys on a flat bed 4 days after buying it, but you told her to leave and threatened to call the cops. Quit defrauding people. Most of your cars dont even run. Honestly she was stupid to buy a car from people like you, but she did, and it cost her 4 grand for a new transmission. Also I don't usually write negative reviews, most are very good but you guys are crooked and people should know.
