I hire this company to repo my truck and he charge me $500 then once he got the truck he charge me An additional $350. That wasn’t part of the agreement. Then he tells the person I got it repo from where he took the truck. And that person cause problems where it was towed. Very shady people if you agree on a price then go up after they get it. I’m sure this was illegal. Where can I report them

One of your tow truck drivers hit the back of my car a couple of days ago . I took out my phone and started to record as he sped off. I have the information on the truck .

I got distracted talking on the phone on my drive home and ran out of gas on 225. I searched for nearby wrecker services and and found this company, and I could not have been happier with their service. The tow truck driver took less than 15 minutes to get to me with a can of gasoline and then followed me to the gas station to make sure I made it there. The tow truck driver was extremely courteous and friendly, and very professional . To top it all off, the price was extremely reasonable and well worth it. I can't say enough good stuff about these people, I was extremely satisfied with their services in every conceivable way

The man that towed me today helped me more than he could know. Extremely nice and made sure I was taken care of. Reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend this honest tow company any day.

Do NOT call this tow company. Worst service ever. I called for a tow and Sean said that it would be 35 minutes to an hour. Waited more than an hour and called and got no response. I keep calling with no answer for ANOTHER hour in a half. Total time spent waiting on them (2.5 hrs). I stopped calling and leaving messages and called a different tow company.

Always hear horror stories of missing items or extra damage. They returned my calls in timely manner as polite as to be expected, no missing items or damages. Would recommend as a tow service

Wanted to charge $140 after moving my truck from the freeway cause LPPD called them, then raised the charge to $200 15 minuets later when AAA wrecker came to get the truck, also said tomorrow it will be $300. This seams illegal!

The owner was very accommodating as well as sympathetic to my experience. He was also knowledgeable and very friendly.

Would not use they were rude on the phone didn't seem like they wanted my business and prices were crazy compared to the other companies called someone else I would not call this company call someone esle
