    There's no 0 stars...Rude when I walked in. First man didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Quoted me one price on the phone with trade in part. I accepted this, and brought the part (I told him that I was BRINGING THE PART). He charged me a higher price. After going back and forth about the charge, he finally says that he didn't see the radiator in my hand. Had they looked up when I walked in the door, maybe they would have saw it. Or how about "Ma'am did you bring the trade in?" Terrible atmosphere. Radiator didn't work and they wouldn't refund the money. Hadn't even been 24 hours!

    I was skeptical about going here because of all the bad reviews but they were the only place within miles that had the part we needed. The man I talked to was very friendly. I let him know we were coming from Georgia and asked how long it would take for them to get it off the car. He said he would give the order to his guy and have it ready when I got there. I had to wait no more than 30 minutes for them to bring it out. That man was also very friendly. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend them to anyone!

    I recently made a post concerning a used gas tank purchase for a 1986 Nissan 300zx. I'm not sure whom I spoke with on the phone because she never gave her name nor did I ask. To make a long story short. I may never had written the post if someone from the Pollard team made an attempt to come an speak with me. I paid for the product in advance. I called and asked about any rust issues which you said there wasn't any. I waited in my car for hours in the 97 or higher degree heat to receive the product.I called and asked how much longer the wait was because I was starting to feel ill from the heat.You gave me good advice on where to go to maybe help cool my body temperature. After all that said and done, .You guys had me waiting outside your locked gate (waiting for a refund) knowing that I wasn't feeling well and that I also had to drive an hour and a half back to Columbia. Which no one showed up. I understand now that I can drive back up there and pick up the gas tank or 50 dollars from the 75. (Restock fee).This going to have to be a 75-dollar lesson that I'm just going to have to eat. Yes, I will lose my money but in the long run. The Pollard Team may lose even more

    Bought a rear end. Owner said that they would not deliver if the shop was closed. Well they delivered as well as damaged. The owner blames my mechanic. So much for being honest business man. He is very rude and a bit arrogant. My father was a mechanic for 40yrs and got many many parts from here. I will not be returning.

    Never go there called in advance to pick up a starter was told it would be waiting once I got there the guy brung me the invoice for 70.00 for the part after paying it. He said he would be back in 5 minutes with it after waiting so far for almost two hours and after trying to get a refund I'm still here waiting my advice is NEVER VISIT HERE. They don't value customers service it's seems like everyone here has a attitude. My advice is shop elsewhere.

    Great ppl and they were the only place to have the parts I was looking for. Well worth the 3 hr drive. Cost was right on budget

    Rational thinking individuals give us high ratings. Know what you need and have payment ready for fastest service. An educated consumer is our best customer. This is a busy establishment, unfortunately not everyone can be served immediately. Thank you to all of our wonderful customers and happy new year. We are a full service yard so prices are higher than scrap/upullit yards as we pay for the labor to remove your part as well as correctly verify its fitment.

    Worst customer service in Greenwood. Called ahead for a part. Had to park on side of 221 because gate says closed due to covid 19. I get it, but there are 3 people dangerously parked on the side of the highway. Anyway, called the number on the sign, tell them we are here for part. Told it will be a few minutes, so we run an errand. Come back again, call...we're here...waited on the side of the road for 30 minutes. Finally, here they come, wrong part! Tried to call office again, asked to hold. Called again 5 minutes later, got hung up on. We left. Save yourself the aggrevation, don't go there.Not to mention how short and rude the lady on the phone was!

    Terrible customer service. Waited over an hour for a part after they were curt on the phone. They gave a part to another customer and didn't even acknowledge me. Gave up after they never came out. Avoid this place until they get new management or owner.
