My son's car starting acting funny on the way home from Duluth, and he found Rick's auto , left the car there without an appointment. Called on Monday and told them it was there, and they fit it in their schedule that week. It was a quick cheap fix and my son was thrilled. They could have taken him for a ride and fixed something very expensive. Very honest shop.

I am from the Cities... We were headed to Duluth Friday afternoon. The evening prior to leaving we got our oil changed. There was an issue with the oil filter housing. We seen white smoke billowing from the highway. We got off the exit and began to look for local shops. Everyone said that it was too late to help us being it was 330pm on a Friday. We called Ricks.. Bob answered and was happy to help. They were honest and helpful. They really went the extra mile. I would be super happy to bring my vehicle back here. GREAT JOB!

Ricks Auto has serviced my cars several times over the years and always uses top of the line parts (no low quality tires or batteries here) and doesn’t try and sell you things that you don’t need. Services: Tires, Battery, Electrical, Oil change

Rick's auto repair has helped me out on 2 emergency occasions. He is a very knowledgeable mechanic, and very honest on charges. Hard to find a shop like his with Integrity. Highly recommend them.

· 2 seconds agoMy transmission decided to go out while i was driving to Duluth for work on I-35. I was right by the Pine City exit and googled Auto Repair services. Rick was extremely helpful, straightforward, and didn't even make fun of me when I asked "but are you sure?" I need a new transmission after he was unable to put my car in reverse and had to drive in a big circle to park it to look at it. :) I was also operating on a deadline b/c I needed to get to Duluth, and he was able to get me set up with a rental car from a friend/car dealership in town. It was just very refreshing to feel like all the information Rick was giving me was the truth. He even called around to find more reasonably priced parts, and checked in with me as things were tallying up. The estimate for parts and labor he quoted me was very fair. I grew up in a small town, and appreciated the kindness and fair-dealing I received from Rick and his staff.

Rick has been working on my vehicles for 15+ years. He does a great job and provides exceptional customer service. Highly recommended for service work!

Can't say enough good things about this place, and we findf it just by luck. Car air conditioner broke on our way up north, and we needed help to figure out whether to keep going or not. This was on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, so we thought we were out of luck. Nope: Larry at Rick's auto shop in Pine Cory checked everything and figured it out. Fast, smart, and good advice. If they weren't so far from where we live, this would be my regular shop I'd go to every time.
