We have ordered many engines and transmissions for our shop and never had any issues. They stand behind there warranty. We had a transmission we installed for a customer and it went out a few weeks later and they sent us a replacement no questions asked. There prices are a little more than other places but you won't get as good of quality parts or as good customer service.

BUYERS BEWARE! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! JEFFERY IS A SCAM!Not sure where to even start... I had purchased a "front end clip" for my 2018 yukon denali. They took over a week to have my parts ready from the promised date. I was told they would be including everything that would normally be needed when a vehicle is involved in a front end collision. At first they gave me a price for everything, including the fender rails, radiator core support, fenders, hood, headlights, bumper, fog lights, reinforcement bar etc. To achieve this they were supposed to cut from the firewall forward to " include everything". In the end they just pieced it together on a pallet, not including the fender rails and many other parts. I was told i would be getting a brand new passenger fender, hood and headlight to be able to complete the front end clip, because they didnt have the used parts available at the time. When i arrived to pick the parts up, i noticed the front bumper had a massive tear on one of the mounting corners near the front grill, not realizing how imperative that was for the bumpers structure I asked them for a small discount. Once i got the parts back to the body shop, they told me that both the hood and the passengers side fender needed body work and that the bumper would only be repaired at my own risk. Hence, those parts were NOT NEW! They even painted these parts in a thick matte green color so i would not notice the imperfections. The radiator core support also had two tears on it that were not visible and needed to be repaired. The headlight that they promised to be "New" was refurbished with imperfections! Both headlights LED daytime running lights are so dim, they dont even light up properly, they almost look like they arent working. The drivers side headlight front cover is smokey and when it rains the inside of it also fogs up. I MEAN COME ON! The parts that werent included, the radiator, AC condenser, fan assembly and grill were discounted from the initial estimate at below face value... How convenient. They didnt even know that my 2018 has a different drivetrain and grill design compared to 2015-2017 so those parts wouldnt work. Even though they charged every other part at face value, No discount at all for buying everything in bulk. They also didnt include the bumper reinforcement brackets, air intake tubing assembly or the front grill air shutter assembly..!! Which any body shop or junk yard would KNOW that those parts are needed in the event of any front end collision! They also promised to include the junction box, which they did not. So i ended up buying MULTIPLE parts from the dealership directly, because they would not take responsibility in a reasonable amount of time. My overall experience with this junk yard was regrettable. In the end I felt like i got taken advantage of. If i had the time to sue them for the false promises they made, I would. I run a small dealership myself and I believe in conducting honest and righteous business. Karma will hit them where it hurts.

Got 2 practically brand new tires for 50 dollars a piece . Great price friendly knowledgeable service.

I called here out of state looking for airbags. This is probably the best customer service in the county for auto parts!

Prices are outrageous. Straight trying to sell a hood for $400+ . Found on ebay for $170. Rip off. Do not do business. Cheaper down the road.In response to what was just replied. You're full if it. You had it in stock is what the kid said. Also. Its not a person parting out a personal vehicle. This other hood will come from a auto scrap yard just like you. Where you paid junk prices for that car. Though they aint trying to get all their money back on just 1 part by ripping it to a customer. BTW. They was kind enough to drop the price more.

Cleanest junk yard ever! Very organized and over the top professional service. It never felt like a "junk yard" or "parts yard" but more like a dealership. Nicer than any Auto Zone or other parts store I've ever been in. I'll always use them first even while living almost 1.5 hours away.

Boss and I went to pick up a flat bed from them great people very helpful.

Shady shady shady. Charge me 85 dollars for a part listed for 75.16 plus a ten dollar core but then immediately refunded me the core charge making it look like I already returned the core. Which i did not Therefore overcharging me by 9.84 + tax. They are overpriced anyway and there is A lot more competition out there to be screwing over your customers.
