Had the pleasure of dealing with Pat. She helped me get the right part I needed and was able to satisfy my needs of having the part delivered to my job as I was not able to go pick it up. Driver was also very polite, the part was reasonably priced and it was in good condition.

The prices and knowledge of the associates here are amazing!!! It’s hard to get good customer service anywhere now. I was helped today by Gloria she was amazing! It’s stressful dealing with any issues when it comes to your vehicle but to have someone so friendly help you relieves some of that stress.

Eduardo service was amazing, he also had great communication. I called around a few trucking companies but he was the easiest to communicate with and best with pricing, in addition to understanding what I needed. He not only arrived in time but even a bit earlier because he accounted for traffic and wanted to make sure I did not miss my salvage appointment. My car was in good hands. It was swiftly put on the truck and easily taken off. I didn’t get any kind of scratch or anything. He also was very nice and personable. Since I’m new to the area, he gave me some reccs for mechanics and others things. Very caring and kind. I highly recommend using this company for your towing needs.

Very knowledgeable counter person who was able provide useful and knowledgeable information where others did not. Should have gone to Condon's first. Simply, that part that was needed would've rendered a whole engine useless because it was needed for operation of the engine. The part was successfully order in the aftermarket space.

Decent place but most cars are fully surrounded in weeds and sticker bushes. Plus side is they will get the part for you if you need. Prices vary from bad to good depending on product.

if i could give 0 stars i would . Called 10 times on a Monday morning with no answer. Finally got someone on the phone and he was nothing but rude and short with me. When i told him to have a good day he said “Mmhm” and hung up. Talk about hating your job!!

Frank and his staff have done an excellent job over the past 5 years of repairing my Honda and finding parts for my truck. Just left this address and I was informed by a Tesla employee that the junk yard has been gone for 2 year and google will not take the listing down. Nothing here now but collision centers and Tesla unfortunately

I had a disappointing experience with Frederick Scrap, Inc. I spent a significant amount of time and effort breaking down an old heat pump unit to separate the valuable materials—copper, aluminum, and steel—only to have them ring it up as sheet iron! When I arrived, I asked where I should take my heat pump unit. The staff gave me the wrong directions, I was directed to go over the scale, wait for the go ahead and drop off the material at a dump area where a machine was picking up the scrap and placing it in a pile. When I was rang up and paid, I noticed that the only commodity listed was sheet iron and I was paid $19 for it. I noticed the pricing for copper, etc... was much higher so I questioned it. I was told that I made a mistake and I should have taken it to a different area for processing. I was told that I could try to go back if they haven't picked up my materials already, but they picked up all my material and dumped it in their pile before I even pulled back to the scale! I had pounds of copper, aluminum, and steel that would have amounted to much more then I was paid... Instead of being compensated fairly for the materials I meticulously separated, I was short-changed, which was incredibly frustrating. The customer service was poor from start to finish, and it felt like they didn’t care about providing accurate information or fair pricing. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy scrap yard.

This is NOT a typical scrap yard. First class business with amazing customer service. Clean facility with helpful and friendly staff. I only sold them $95 worth of scrap yet I was treated like they appreciated my business. Not to mention they helped educate me on how I can get more for my scrap. Now theirs is no shortage of scrap yards in the area. Some pay a little more for this and a little less for that, but at the end of the day unless you’re hauling tractor trailer loads, it all balances out. It was overall a great experience and I will be back.
