For a smaller store: decent selection of items, great selection of firearms and generally decent stock and variety for ammunition, prices are a bit higher than expected for a CT store, staff is mostly courteous and professional.Cons: there is always a line at the tills and rarely more than one person staffing the tillsEdit: the tills seem better staffed now on a regular basis, or someone is called when there is people showing up at the till. Good work & keep it up.

I love Canadian Tire for a single reason. They let me bring my dog in the store. They understand a dog shouldn't have to stay in the car. And this is especially true on hot days! I have actually been asked to leave from a Walmart because of trying to bring a small puppy in for a couple items on a super hot day. I have never went back and use Canadian tire for all my needs!Thank you for understanding dog owners!

Came in with a flat tire and several hours of frustration behind me. It was around 4pm on a holiday, so i wasnt really surprised that there were no techs available to fix my tire, or mount a new tire if i bought one.The guys i spoke to were apologetic they they were unable to help me, but did help with a tire plug kit and offered the air line to fill it up. Sadly it didnt work anyways, and had to continue home to Red Deer on a donut spare. Driving from crescent falls to red deer at 80kmh on a long weekend suuuuuuuuucks.

They are taking full advantage of being the only Canadian tire within a hundred kilometers and it shows.Slow service, they don't install tires because they don't have a mechanic. It takes 20 minutes to get through a line up when it's busy because half the time; customer service is the only other till open (which is where you get returns/fishing license purchase).Would give 1 star but the staff seem to be trying their best to steer the ship but aren't getting the time or extra help needed. This is either a poorly run & severely overlooked understaffed corporate branch or a franchise owned by people who do othing but take while contributing nothing other than being a cautionary tale in poorly run businesses.Either way a negative review is almost pointless unless you need something other stores have, in that case save yourself the headache.

Customer service was great. Needed help to find garbage cans and the staff member knew exactly what aisle they were in. I found the perfect size garbage cans that i needed. Always a good place to shop and covid rules is in place at this store.

This Rocky Mountain House location is steadily a disappointing, disastrously mismanaged outlet of this franchise. Early this winter my father had ordered in tires (which they had on sale but 2 in stock), after being told they would be in by the end of the week (ordered on a Monday WITH a deposit), they never called to update him on the arrival or delay of said tires. The following Monday he contacted them again only to find out the tires would not be in until the end of that week. The tires finally arrived and he was booked in to have them installed. Upon arrival to his appointment he was informed the Tire Tech had not came to work that day due to an emergency (totally understandable), however NOBODY even bothered to contact all of the appointments made for that day to inform them they wouldn't be able to receive their booked services that day. The following week they were finally able to install his tires. Three weeks to order 2 tires and install 4, of their own home brand Moto Master even. Fast forward to today, I call in to have a rebalance done on some brand new installed tires from the Olds location, after calling and confirming with Olds it could be done in Rocky because it's all one franchise and Rocky is closer to home, I am informed by the employee of the Service department that they would love to do it but have been without a Tire Tech or Mechanic for 4 weeks. I opted to have the tires done in Olds because they actually had them in stock and I have seen first hand the run around at this location with ordering ANYTHING. I called back the Olds location and the Service Manager was appalled at what I informed them of and got me booked in. How can a franchise that specializes in Tires and Automotive run without the two most essential points of their business? Unemployment is the highest it has been in decades and they cant find a Tire Tech or Mechanic? Every trip into this location is disappointing. Save your time and effort and take your business to Sylvan or Olds.

I have been shopping here since it opened and I find it a good store. Coming From Calgary now where we have some of the biggest Canadian Tire stores in the country, I find this store very adequate.

I just love Canadian tire. I love the variety of products, I love the prices, I love the atmosphere, I love the employees, and I love everything about this business. When I go there, I don't want to leave the place because it is so pleasant to be at this store. You rock Canadian Tire team. I appreciate your services very much, and I have always been your loyal customer, and will continue to be. 👍👍👍🌠🌠
