Super friendly and good prices. They’ve had whatever parts I’ve needed the next day or sooner.

Great staff, lot stuff, give your money back right away if your part not fix. Great place to buy used and new material. I recommended that place and price is low and fair.

Bad service. They guaranteed to get me a part by a certain day if I left a deposit so I did. The part was a day late which I can understand but when it did arrive they failed to get it to the mechanic as we discussed so this left me stranded. When I called to see what was happening the fella was rude and proceeded to yell over me saying otherwise. The part is in my car and works but that really has nothing to do with the dealer.

Recycled and rebuilt products are often better than new. I'm well on my way to building a brand new 1998 Volvo V70 and will buy here again if my regular guy doesn't have the part. They had a fuel pump and an alternator for my 2004 v70 right off the shelf - it's really well organized.

In 2015, I had to replace the regulator motor for one of the power windows on my Japanese-built Toyota Camry. Toyota wanted $850. for the part new, not including taxes and installation. I checked with a couple of other auto parts stores in the city, and they couldn't source one for that model. Capital had exactly what I needed as a used part, and it cost me one-tenth of Toyota's price, tax included ! Four years later, the window's still working just like it was new. I've been a customer of theirs in the past, and have never been disappointed.

If you need a part for your car it's a good chance these guys have it. Their inventory of wrecked cars is quite large. I found it fascinating, I went into the office and described the part. The guy behind the counter checked the computer and then used the radio to call when of the roaming parts guys. There seemed to be two of them and they had customized trucks with the passenger seat removed and a full tool chest with drawers etc in it's place. The truck also had a custom built crane where the box would be and a number of other customizations. He brought the part in, I paid a fair price and off I went.

Spoke with a man who was very rude and condescending. Seemed to expect me (and obviously anyone calling) to have a mechanic's knowledge base on vehicles when calling. Called back to a nicer lady, but price was higher than other places.

My husband and I have just started going here to get all of our car parts. We have been so impressed with the business overall (customer service, organization, promptness, and prices) that we have been sending all our friends and family there.

Not impressed. Staff is rude. Parts are over priced. And for the price of parts you would think they would be better condition. I know it's used parts, but when it has a rust hole through it, like come on. Will not get my buisness
