So I ordered parts from these guys at the beginning it was fine everything was agreed upon. I am from Niagara Falls so I had one of the workers take it to a Friend of the businesses shop.We went to go pick the parts up and after texting back and fourth he said there was nothing wrong with the parts I paid for (2 fenders and a hood) hood was destroyed sent me pictures of the back of the parts and not the front and only brought the 2 parts to the shop when I paid for 3 parts.I called to complain because I wanted a refund it was not what I paid for they lied to me straight to my face and all of the above happened they charged me 452 dollars that’s with tax and I only ended up taking the fender which was not in rough shape they owed me 367.25 and I was only refunded 310.75This company owes me 56.50 and will not pay me my own money.Bunch of scam artists and lieing people I recommend never doing business here because they will steal from you.In the photos below he also told me that they looked good yes they look good if you can’t see the front of the actual parts.NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE IM SAVING YOU MONEY AND TIME.

Very good selection, friendly staff and very reasonable prices and some awesome bargains. I have saved a lot of money over the years getting parts from Earl's. Many parts as good as new!

Customer service is surprisingly warm! Had to wait 2 hours longer than what they told me it would take, but I don't mind.I needed front passenger door window. Easy process, u call them ask about the part, they take 1 hour to check and then will call u back and then another hour and they will call u come and collect ( in my case, they didn't call to pick up but I followed up repeatedly and they took it for me, may be they were having a busy day).

The customer service here is bang on. Very nice and welcoming. I was able to locate an OEM alternator bracket whereas other savage yards I have visited just throws them away. When it comes to the dealership, it would take them a week for the part to be delivered. Its awesome that you can walk around in their savage yard and take whatever part(s) you want. Their price is very reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience.

First time I even stepped foot in this business, I was showered with warm welcomes and immediately was helped. The customer service was unlike any other I've encountered. Pleases the soul, and the wallet given that their prices are the best in the area. 10/10 will be coming back as well as recommending to friends and family. Thank you guys!

Great price on the cruise control switch I needed (5x less than another wrecker in town). Only hitch was I was waiting around at home waiting for a call that he part was off and ready. I had to call in the next day and it was ready. Not a big deal but if you say you’ll call, please call. Will definitely go back.

Drove 2 hours to buy a transmission. It turned out the part was missing a piece I needed. Great staff helped me out searching the lot for a replacement. When they couldn't find a replacement, they cut me a great deal on the part so I wouldn't waste my 2 hour drive. Great service and great prices, I would strongly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Needed a part called a few auto part stores and they were the cheapest by a fair margin. I don't mind companies making a profit but the highest quoted price was 50 more then what Earl charged! Delivery was quick and the part was on excellent condition. Was recommended an body shop to help with the install of the part. Very happy and will use Earl's again if needed. Highly recommended!

Very bad, he took 100 cash from me, and when I went to the mechanic, he said that the compressor was out of order and I wanted to return it, he did not accept it, so I left it to him, knowing that the person who gave me the compressor is present, he said this is not for me

Asked for some parts and guy literally just asked why would I buy certain parts from a wrecking yard because they've probably been beaten up. Talk about terrible service and poor sales. Great way to scare off potential customers.
