Please try to avoid these guys by every mean possible. Neighbor wreckers are heaven compared to these guys. Let alone the sad fact that auto part price gouging is happening these days and we have to go through it. These guys promise you pickup or delivery dates after which you don't get items on time, you call to ask why?they claim they never did promise so. Very rude individual Nassib specifically. I told him this is the last time we're dealing with you, he replied back even better. That's one of the co-owners talking like that. His name is also mentioned on their customer satisfaction guarantee paper sign hanged in their shop. Obviously they don't care aboit customers or whatsoever, just avoid them by all means possible. Great service! Good parts! Dropped by to check out if they had any mustang parts. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and fair in his pricing. Managed to get replacement door panels a new steering wheel and many other new parts for a bargain! I will definitely be returning!

Awful man, they don't pick up or place you on hold for long periods. If you're that busy why don't you hire more people? Second issue is the website, it shows vehicles in stock of that make and model but the guy over phone says we don't have it. Why don't you update your website and stop wasting people's time? Just Awful stay clear of these people.

Called in at 4pm today, the guy on the other side picked up the phone and hung up immediately the first two times, the third time he answered and told me that they didn't have the car I was looking for, when I told him that their website shows multiple vehicles in stock of that make and model in the same breath all of the sudden they had the car I was looking for. It was apparent from his demeanour that he had no intent on being the least bit helpful.I've never done business with these guys but this was a complete and utter customer service fail.

Hours on Google say they're open till 5:00 showed up at 4:36 and they would not let me on to the lot to look at the parts I wanted to purchase.

Guys there were very helpfully. Comparing to the same thing from Toyota Part, this was great deal. The headlight was plastic wrapped -- a brand new one, as you can see from the photo.

Very bad experience , these guys act like conman .I paid for alternator on Saturday but they said its too late to get the part .I found part on Saturday from another source and tried to call them back no one picked up .Called back Monday first thing when they open at 8 .They refunded after deducting 20% even though I never picked up part and they never pulled part for me.

Called multiple times for a bumper and finally got a conformation and price.. showed up and had to locate the part myself with vague direction and turns out the car was all parted out.. didn't even had a back in of anything. these guys are lazy AF.
