I ordered front brake callipers for a 2015 Audi Q5 TDI and paid for them, plus shipping, as they were coming from Toronto. When they arrived they were the wrong callipers. They were single piston while mine were 4-Piston. They looked online but were unable to find the correct callipers. So I didn't accept the callipers and they reimbursed the charge for the callipers but would not return the shipping charge. I felt they should have returned the shipping charges as well since they ordered the wrong part, due to their inventory database being in error.

Always quick! The NAPA branded top-tier items ( "Chassis parts", Gold filters) are OEM quality. The proformer items are good value. Some of the ultra-8 stuff they can get is really good value. My 2002 crv is full of ultra-8 parts from napa.

I have been frequenting this store for more than 15 years because of the consistency, maturity, and quality of the staff. This is in direct contrast to L****o, where the majority are 20somethings who are either clueless, present themselves as experts, or both.Prices are usually very good, but if they are way out(it happens, lol) they will always try to to accommodate you somehow.These guys are my #1 choice if I need auto parts in Vernon.

Don’t stand behind their parts. Discredit your abilities to justify their case infront of other customers. Don’t buy the heavy duty truck brake pads. They claim the reason they squeak loudly is they weren’t broken in properly. You have to ease into breaking when you drive. Just dragging the brakes around the block a couple of times isn’t a proper break in period. It’s all bs. The pad material is the problem.
