    Napa is always great, but these guys are exceptional. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way and above and beyond on multiple separate visits.

    They ordered the wrong muffler twice after having the manager trevor personally come and look at the muffler.then he ordered the wrong one a second time. Which cost me time and money. I called and explained that I now will have to pay more to get the exhaust installed trevor said "I dont own the vehicle,its not my vehicle" and will take no responsibility.(all during covid) Definitely not a good experience and will not be back.These guys shake your hand with the right hand and pull money from your back pocket with their left.This store needs a new manager if nothing else.

    I came in on a Friday right at closing and the two guys working the front till, as well as the manager, we’re all eager to help me out. Even though it was obvious that they were ready to pack it in for the day all three of the guys working there were friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great service and patience.

    We were looking for some tools to get the car fixed as the lamp of our indicator was not working and we were really worried to drive around looking for a solution and they didn't help much to find out what would be the best option. We found it by ourselves. We were not expecting service, but we were expecting at least to get the help from someone who knows better the products this place sells.
