After a few frustrating attempts dealing with other bike shops to purchase a laundry list of parts needed to restore a bike I called NCK and they got back to me that same day, they had most of what I was after and even willing to ship everything to my location without any price gouging.It seems like customer service is a lost art these days and it’s encouraging to know these guys still get it.Next time I need parts I won’t waste any time dealing with anyone else.

Did the hour plus drive to buy a part for my older Katana and I was very satisfied with the experience. New clean shop, awesome guys running it, and fair pricing. I would recommend to all. Amazing showroom. I'll buy from them again.

I bought a real clean Honda shadow ace from these guys. They took the time to answer all the questions I had about the machine. (I had a whole checklist of stuff). They threw in a some extras and delivered it out of town. Ran into a small electrical contact issue when I first got it and they sorted everything out. Its been running like a top ever since! Amazing service told me that he had one part to pull for a customer and he will send me pics of the part I needed within an hour and it was 20 mins I had pics of the part I needed and very good price recommended everyone to call them first 💯

My local Honda dealer lost my final drive gear when I dropped off my wheel for a new tire. After phoning many motorcycle bike wreckers, NCK cycle had my part and I was able to ride my bike this season. Very knowledgeable people. I highly recommend NCK cycle.

The customer service was exceptional. Nate was helpful and patient with me and helped me get everything I was looking for. The parts they had were in great shape and prices were fair. Went there for a gas tank and Tach for my Magna and left with not only those parts, that were in amazing shape, but also other parts that I thought of for my other project while I was there. Drove from over an hour and a half away and I will not hesitate to make the trip again.
