Approximately two months ago I dropped off my car for a tuneup. They apparently made a judgement call to only swap the Spark Plugs. Fast forward to now and my car needs another tuneup so I drop off again and ask them to perhaps change the spark plug wires? So they diagnose and swap the wires and a fowled spark plug which was probably caused by the faulty wires.Anyway two tuneups in two months and $500 later I think I am tuned up again.UPDATE to response from owner: According to your logic then the brand new spark plug that you replaced a second time (along with the sparc plug wires) also simultaneously went bad in the last two months? No, the facts speak for themselves. You didn't fix the problem the first time. A professional organization would recognize their mistake and make some accommodation to the customer or at the very least not be sarcastic. As far as the work order saying "customer states replace spark plugs" when I called I asked for a "Tuneup" and the person that answered said "What do you mean by a tuneup?" and I said "Like spark plugs?" I must have said that with a lot of confidence because that turned into a tuneup diagnosis by the customer, who BTW is not a mechanic and does not have access to any diagnostic equipment. I wish I had time to take it to Heuberger because I sure miss them at times like this.Service: Auto engine tuning

Excellent repairs and done within a reasonable time given the fact insurance companies were the ones causing any delay. I got a ride home from them when I dropped my car off and they kept me updated through the repair process. Although my window isn't working the way It should, I feel assured they will help correct the issue as they have lifetime warranty!****EDIT 12/8***Window works now and no rework needed. My rating remains 5 star:)
