A few minutes later they returned with an alternator AND tools to fix it! 15 minutes later my Dad fixed it with the tools Katelyn let him borrow and we were on our way home (two hours away). Sorry to say, I never really shop at O'REILLY's too much because they're higher priced over their competition. Where I live, O'REILLY'S and AutoZone are 2 blocks away from the other on the same side of the road! Really, I shop over the phone.... calling surrounding areas and online for automotive parts and etc...to compare prices and warranties! To me, doing this gives more options than having to drive all over just to hope the places have what you're needing and if you can afford it or not! But, that's just me.... Thanks
