Well it's Advance auto parts like any other chain there all the same, I bought some catoclean at Napa a few weeks ago and paid $25 and change with tax and thought it was high. I bought another CAN a few days ago and paid just under $30 bucks with tax at Advance and liked to have fainted.

The manager and other man working were super kind and helpful. Usually car guys talk down to young female, but that was not my experience. They had the parts I neededand provided wonderful service.
Nice people working there..helpful. Ordered me parts were in later same day. My go to place they have lifetime warranty on most parts I've found.

poor service.....actually no service. It's been 3 weeks since i placed an order over the phone & was told i would receive part in a few days. Gave it a week, no part no notification. I sent an email.....no response. I called back to check the status of order & was told by sales person (Troy) that there was no record of order. Ok perhaps it got misplaced..(stuff happens). I again placed order ( with Troy give him office # email & cel#) and was told a higher price than originally quoted, but no worries i needed part, so i ordered again and again was told about 3-4 days. It has now been a week and still no part. No calls, no email nothing. With service like that, i wouldn't buy a buy a screw form these people, all i'd get is screwed...
Office hours are still the same. You can wear a mask but they don't require one.
