Troy failed to make his mistake right.He sold our company an incorrect part - even after a lot of conversation with him. We used the part for a massive project and then realized later it was wrong. He then proceeded to blame us for not knowing it was wrong (they look the same, we trusted him to be there expert and took his word!)! We even have photographic evidence and character witnesses and he still refused to acknowledge his mistake, let alone try the least to make it right.Shop elsewhere, beware.

The guy i spoke with when enquiring about my parts was rude and had a smart alec type of attitude, interrupting while i talk and acting like i should know the answers to things. He seemed like the owner or manager because he was using the pronoun "I" when saying what he does and does not have and referring to his other location. I did not even want to ask whether he was the manager or not, just wanted to move on and do my business elsewhere instead. I will not go back there again -- would rather avoid dealing with people like that, and there are way too many other wrecking yards in the area.
