I found this place by mistake looking for a rim to replace and match one that had cracked. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but I would give them ten stars if I could. Not only did they have an exact match at price much less than I expected to pay, but they were friendly and even took the time to check and inflate the doughnut in the trunk. What other garage do you know that takes their time to do this on a Friday evening right before closing too. They have a huge selection and I have no idea why people are saying they are rude. Leads to believe they were probably rude themselves. Despite being busy attempting to work customers through and close up, everyone was very friendly and helped me get back on the road fast. If you need a rim, tire, hubcap etc this is the place to go!

Went to white bros and 3 guys was behind the counter one was helping a guy one was looking at computer and one was looking at a book i waited for 30 minutes not once did anyone ask could they help me but every time the phone rang they would have time to help them but not me, if white bros was the only parts store here in Valdosta i would go to another town for parts, only rated 1 star because i couldnt rate 0, do not do business with these people take my word you will regret it.

A1 Towing has Completely caused thousands of damage to my 2019 e450 Mercedes Benzafter paying for the initial damage that they caused the tow driver damaged my car again bringing it back from Mercedes repair shop. To add they didn't even report all damages upon dropping my car off that needed to be fixedThe owner is immediately reading my messages and is ignoring most (Pictures will display such).I'm sharing photos below however I will also be posting videos on my social page where I can display videos of actual footage of the damage Before and after caused by A1 towing I will also upload videos of what other workers had to say.To add the driver that damaged my car had also damaged another vehicle ripping the rear view window off of a co-workers daughter car and was still allowed to drive per an A1 driver.Live audio and video footage will be added to both of my social site of over a hundred thousand and a million viewers I'm sure that you all will see the proof In no time. I'll also add audio of what 2 workers had to say about the driver.while I tried to handle this issue in a private manner m forced to allow others to know what they are subjected to as a result of this companies Negligence.I had to file an insurance claim.I'm sure that I'll have to miss work, loose money and be inconvenienced from not having my car.Nice workers,they were very professional and took accountability at first but when they damaged my car for a second Time the tables completely turned.im driving an $65k fully loaded luxury vehicle with damages caused by someone else That does not want to assume responsibility for damages that I they knowingly caused.

Outstanding customer service. They ordered my part for half the cost compared to any other company in valdosta. Got it in half the time even during Thanksgiving holidays. And even took it a step further and brought it to me after hours for no additional cost due to me working late. Extremely knowledgeable. Best company I've ever ordered a part from. Good scrapyard and usually a fair price. I was reading some of these other Comments and one in particular said the people there were rude. Well this isn’t Walt Disney World this is a scrap yard. They have been very kind to me and is exactly what I expect when I go to the scrapyard! So maybe the people that wrote a bad review needs to re think about what is expected. Just saying.

I had been looking for parts to go on my old vehicle, and had received only best wishes without actual help; this place had the vehicle with the part and gave it to me for a reasonable price. Had issue with them when I had to call constantly hounding them for a new trash can since the trash guy kept breaking my bin. When I called back some rude worker hung up on me when I was complaining and telling her what had happened. I called back waited another 20 mins requesting to talk to a manager but they never call me back!! SUPER RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This picture was the second time they replaced my bin in two weeks. This is the worst place to purchase I purchase a car for. Here making payment and all had to replace the wheel bearing and when it was time to get it serviced I was riding around missing one spark plug. You will be done paid for the car twice before paying it off . The owner is greedy and selling people pos(pieceofshit). This is one dealership that does not need to have business. I had one of the works tell me that's why he never bought a car from his place where he works.
