The owner himself and his mechanic came out to the truck, looked at the transmission, and tried to tell me, who was driving the truck, that there’s nothing wrong with it. That the transmission was new and was nothing wrong with it at all. He was trying to downplay it so he didn’t have to fix the problem. The owner and the mechanic had a nasty attitude and were very rude. The owner even answered his phone in front of us and started yelling at the person on the phone. They are not professional people at all. I get that the transmission was not 100% guaranteed to work, but it was the way he handled the issue that was the problem.
