Hands down the worst recycling facility I have ever been in. Pulled in the entrance and before I could even park had a guy yelling and waving his arms saying no no it’s going to be a while before unloading. After waiting a half hour my semi load got stuck in the box while dumping and I asked the manager for assistance he told me to go ask a group of guys standing in front of the shop smoking cigarettes so I did just that to have half of them turn and walk away while another chuckled and said “maybe in a half hour”. Assuming they were on break I would still think one of them could help me out for 5 minutes but no. So I sat and waited another half hour while they sit in the shop on. Worst service I have ever received from a business and most disrespected at a business ever not to mention how untidy and muddy it was it’s truly a miracle I did not get stuck of a flat tire while on A & L property.

I came in with bald tires about to pop and saw really good tread on tires on a totaled 07 Ford Escape that fit my 99 Mountaineer, and although I did have to call 5 different phone numbers to get in touch with somebody, they came out to see me immediately once I did. I paid a great price for the 4 tires and rims, and they installed them without any question at all to see if they'd fit. They seemed to fit, I paid in cash and they told me, quote, "Go a few miles down the road, and if anythings wrong, come back and we'll make it right." When's the last time you heard THAT from a business? I went down the road a few miles, noticed a rim in the front was bent. Unfortunately I took too long and they went back to the shop, so I called them. They drove all the way back to the salvage yard AGAIN and took them all off, put the tires on my old rims, and put em back on. This is literally the best auto experience I've ever had. I just got charged $226 for a $20 serpentine belt to be installed, and they didn't even weave the belt through my tensioner. It really shows you how messed up business and integrity has actually gotten, but certainly makes you appreciate the FEW and FAR inbetween places that truly care, regardless of who leaves some stupid review or tells their friends. Amazing guys, rough around the edges but they WILL take care of you.

Do not use this towing service! I was charged $80 to tow my car less than 1 mile (south Marquette to downtown marquette).Towing guy said he wasn't responsible for any damage. Had I known, I would have called a towing service that knew what they were doing. My new car was damaged, so , not only do I need to fix the car to drive, I am stuck with body damage that they are not "responsible " for. Save your money and call anyone else. 😡Service: Car towing

Waste management employees in mqt are very lazy workers. I had ONE cardboard piece on my trash, one piece. and I guess because this single cardboard piece wasn’t in a container, they didn’t pick it up!? It’s one piece. They could’ve just picked it up. I literally have video of them picking it up and littering it back onto my yard. They’re a jokeUPDATE: 8/23/2021 I have security video of them tossing my container of my cardboard and breaking my container, also took photos of the damage. Second time they have broken my container and now I have proof.UPDATE #2 8/31/2021 I think it funny WM replies to these reviews are so polite and caring when they STILL IGNORE THE EMAILS we send them. Their adorable replies are like, "We don't tolerate this at all, please email us at this email and we will make sure it gets handled." Well, I have emailed them twice at that email they gave me in their reply and they haven't replied back to me. Don't believe their replies on here, they're laughable. I have never experienced this low of customer service.UPDATE #310/12/2021They have still never reached out to me. They never will. Every week, the garbage guys break my container even more and more to where its almost not even capable of being picked up, it just collapses and doesn't hold shape anymore. This company is the worst company (including cell, internet, and insurance companies) I think I have ever seen. Even with my video of them tossing my container, obviously nothing has been done and they continue to do it. And after reading all of the comments, this company seriously needs a fine handed to them.
