Require money first and can give you whatever they want then "no refunds". The guy I delt with was nice so 2 stars. Honestly was not real happy with the place. I requested a part and was very specific about what I was needing and asked for the part and the bracket to hold the part on. They said they would go check to see if they had it. They called that night and said yes they have the part. But I have to pay upfront for them to pull the parts. After I came by and paid they pulled a part in about 1 hour. Biggest problem was it was the wrong part and no bracket which he had earlier expressed clear understanding of what I wanted. When I tried to point it out and show him it was not the correct part and did not have the bracket he said "oh no you don't get that" as he stood right in front of the "no returns no refunds" sign. I know why they want money upfront now.After my review I received a call that they found most of the parts I had asked for and I could come pick it up "anytime." I respect a company that will make things right with their customers.
