First man didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Quoted me one price on the phone with trade in part. I accepted this, and brought the part (I told him that I was BRINGING THE PART). He charged me a higher price. After going back and forth about the charge, he finally says that he didn't see the radiator in my hand. Had they looked up when I walked in the door, maybe they would have saw it. Or how about "Ma'am did you bring the trade in?" Terrible atmosphere. Radiator didn't work and they wouldn't refund the money. Hadn't even been 24 hours!
