“Disgusting. Unfortunately, that's the most appropriate word to describe the new garbage unloading area back at the tipping floor. I was there a few days ago, and was shocked by the conditions.This place used to be quite pleasant as garbage transfer stations go, as the procedure was to throw your waste from a clean concrete area over a railing into large dumpsters. Sometime in the recent past they have implemented a new procedure where you are directed to unload your garbage on an extremely filthy tipping floor, along with full size garbage trucks dumping. The ground is covered with inch-deep stinky garbage mud that gets all over your vehicle tires and your shoes, getting tracked back into your vehicle. The place is dark, wet, dirty, and could also be very dangerous for anyone not really steady on their feet due to slip, trip, fall hazards of random garbage and mud coating the floor.ICSW, please reverse this decision and return to the former garbage drop off method. At the very least, clean up the tipping floor area! Again, completely disgusting!”
