Ordered a $200 engine computer for BMW. Before ordering, I asked if there was any damage, they said "No". I received the unit with broken/missing tabs. I cannot sell this or program this unit to my customer. I contacted them and they did nothing. It was not broken during the transit, because the pieces are not in the box, clearly it broke when they were removing it. Do not order through them online or over the phone. They will blame it on you or the career.
