I bought a transmission for a 14 Ford Taurus from them with a 30 day warranty. Had it installed and everything checked at the Ford Dealership. The dealership calls me and tells me there is an internal failure with the transmission. On top of that there were locking tabs broke on the side of the connector going into the valve body that they say their mechanics at the salvage yard said nothing was wrong with so I had Ford put a brand new one in it because of that. I called here to see what they could do to help and they won’t. They are using that as their excuse to not cover the transmission under warranty. Bad business when you spend almost $1400 for a paper weight at this point.

I needed a transmission for my mom's car. I am a weekend mechanic but normally do electrical & drivability diagnosis and repair. They had a trans with 52k miles. I ordered it over the phone by credit card, and they had it pulled by the end of day. I picked it up next morning. The yard is really nice. Well organized and the counter area is clean and well lit. Everyone was super friendly. The yard looks clean and organized as well. They also had some really nice used cars. I got a free calendar and two pens! The transmission was in really good shape and drives and shifts perfectly, like a new one. I am really happy I chose them. They also had it for a very fair price. They had a plate installed to hold in torque converter and they left all the important parts on the trans and there was no damage which made installation a breeze!
