I needed to replace a broken mirror on my passenger side door. I was referred to A &C Auto Parts and spoke with Jeff. He was extremely helpful and really took the time to make sure that he ordered me the right mirror. He sent me some pictures and we exchanged a few texts back-and-forth so that I didn't have to drive there since it was far from my home . Very dishonest. They list items for sale that they don't actually have in their possession. Then 4 days later they make excuses and issue a cancellation.

Great parts at fair prices. Be prepared to wait...and wait...and wait. Their priority seems to be phone orders, instead of the people waiting in line. Maybe they should consider a call center with a couple of people specifically for phone orders. Otherwise, they are fair and friendly. **Update. I installed the engine that I bought with no issues and th car runs great.

Always get excellent parts, excellent service, and if they don't have something they will do there best to locate the parts you're looking for. Pricing is very fair and relatively cheaper than other yards if they have it on the shelf!!! Always a pleasure seeing the staff and doing business with A&C!!!!!!

Competitive prices and availability of parts. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This place is famous locally for checking their electrical parts before they sell them so you don't have to keep reinstalling parts. Tom is one of the fairest and friendliest guys I know.

I went to this business on a Friday evening , they gave me the wrong part. Then when I called on Monday they said I had to wait until Tuesday, finally I just went to get my money back. At that time the lady informed me that they had to give me a check to have a paper trail... Not to mention they have just given someone else a cash refund. To top it off when I asked where that was on the receipt she replied with an attitude that she could've charged a restocking fee but she didn't like she was doing me a favor... I didn't make a mistake with the part so that should not have been a issue. Finally I go to their bank because it was closer and was charged 7 to cash the check. I will never do business here again!

Had enough of this toxic place. Communication is a one way street with them and mutual respect is unheard of here. Go elsewhere, like, anywhere. The old owner Mike kept his people in line. I'm not saying they're bad people, but not worth putting up with. Sorry, hope you all learn to change.
