My Daughter’s car is at my home she was going to sell it to A-to-Z. They were supposed to come out in the afternoon on Saturday but late in the day changed it and said they were coming that night it was 6:30. I walk out and instead of dropping the lift on the driveway. He drops right off of it. So every time they he drives the van up to it the tires just spin because they get stuck. After watching him do this 3 times (I don’t know how many times he did it before I walked out) I asked him if he could get the van up another way, to not keep tearing up my yard. He got very nasty and said you can keep the car. I asked him why I wasn’t rude I just asked you not to tear up my yard! He just kept saying more things about we could keep the car and being rude. My Daughter had to ask for the title back. I told him he was being a A….. and at that point to get off my Property. I don’t believe that I was asking to much for him to stop tearing up my property WHEN ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS MOVE HIS TRUCK 2 FEET and it would have even made it easier on himself!!!

This place hasn't really been organized in the past and the supply if vehicles used to be shabby at best but it seems that Ben has been making crazy changes to the yard and improving greatly on the organization. I love that this yard is becoming more and more equipped to the point that I don't have to question if my part is there. The convenience of this yard is so great too when I live but a few miles of it. Way better now that it's becoming a great yard to go there over new ringold.

Me and Adam have been talking back and forth about a 07 Mazda CX-7 I was interested in. He started off very friendly but I brought up a concern I had with the vehicle and he blew the situation out of proportion and blocked me. I was really excited to work with the company and find a car that specifically fit me. I’ve been selling vehicles for years now and I have never belittled a customer for having a concern, let alone insulted them.

Update: what we thought was great service was not. The longer we had this vehicle the more we found was severe issues patched & hidden and most likely didn’t really pass inspection. Be sure to have your own mechanic take a 2nd look before actually purchasing a vehicle.Adam is the best! I contacted him about a vehicle he had for sale and it turned out that instead he had my sons dream car, but it had front end damage and needed some work. He went above and beyond to fix it, along with new inspection and have it ready in time to surprise my son for his birthday! He was honest, provided me with updates along the way and the price was great too. He also purchased my old vehicle and picked it up, no hassle! I highly recommend A to Z.

This yard is very unprofessional. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone made me an offer sight unseen on a truck that was ready scrap heaven. To start they showed up late and then tried to negotiate with me on the price for the vehicle we spoke about. When I said I had other offers on the truck I was called an a-hole and that they were no longer interested. Thanks for wasting my time A-Z don’t let them waste yours. If you have other options for this type of work or for parts I suggest you use someone else.

Well what can I say poor an excuse of a junkyard if you ask me. I went there one time With an electrical part even though they won't allow you to bring in your own parts but I don't care, we didn't find the part we were looking for... I showed him the part we were looking for because I'd thought he might help us out or something, the moment I showed him the part he immediately thought I stole it from him then we began arguing, he took it from us then charged us $20 for our own part just because we bought it in. ( how do I know you didn't steal it he said)How do YOU KNOW we stole it? What prove do you have? Witnesses and surveillance footage? he was even too lazy to go himself or send someone to that same vehicle to make sure it wasn't stolen. First off we only own two vehicles the one we came in and the one we were looking for the part for. Secondly if i was to steal something from you i wouldn't walk up to you and SHOW YOU THE PIECE. Also too lazy to check his own cameras excuses after excuses just to bully us and make us pay for our own property. We even have a mechanic that personally remove that part from our vehicle so there is our witness right there. Hopefully this man will be prosecuted for theft and bullying. Respect for respect? I got no respect for thieves and Bullies. I don't care what his signs say and I don't care what his damn mouth says I do not keep my mouth shut for people like him. I said it once and I'm going to say again we personally have someone that removed that part from our vehicle and we are going to look into this matter. We are not just going to let it go $20 is $20 buddy it's thievery.

Went in and was yelled at by people in the main trailer, who wouldn't even come to the window so I could hear them, for not personally writing my name in their check in book, despite my boyfriend putting it in. Didn't say hello or anything. Then leaving we said have a nice day, as a normal decent human would, and they ignored us. I get it's a junkyard but like looking over your reviews now, it's plain as day you need to work on customer service because it is not present here.

Prices are good and the workers are pretty chill. The yard is just pretty messy and could definitely use some new inventory

Terrible I called ahead was told they had 2 of the vehicles I was looking for got there and was once again told yes they have them my wife and I searched the entire yard and every vehicle and guess what no they didnt if you can't tell the difference between a ml320 SUV and an E300 sedan you shouldnt be anywhere near any vehicle
