Ace auto has been around since I can remember. (FAMILY!!!) And I have always used them when I was in need of parts and if the part wasn't they got it sooner then later... thanks ACE

Very terrible business please do not come here very bad “tom “ the owner is very bad with dealing with people gave me a bad engine for a bmw for 2500$ and I called to let them know took 3 days of labor and he blamed the installer didn’t refund me money for engine stay away from ACE AUTO SALVAGE YOU WILL THANK ME LATER

The folks working there took care of my tires and I never have any problems when I got there... Thank Ace!!

Great Customer service. I needed a connector but every place told me i had to buy the whole part.Not only did Ace Auto Salvage give me the connector. The guy at the front desk gave me advice on how to do the job myself.I can't recommend this place enough. I wish i could give Ace Auto Salvage more stars

Very unprofessional specially the guy sitting on the front desk, wasnt helpful or respectful. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name. Only giving them 2 stars because only 2 people were willing to help and were respectful. Most were rude and showed attitude.

If i could have given 0 stars i would have! 1st off i called for a rear strut, giving them the make, model and VIN, and was sold the wrong part. I came back the next day and tried exchanging for the right part. Since they didn't have it i then requested a refund. I was then told I'd only be getting 50% back. They made the mistake and i have to come out of my pocket$50??? They refused a full refund, but more importantly they refused to own up to THEIR mistake! So I'm left with half of what i spent and they had to nerve to ask me to consider shopping with them again! The moral of the story, don't spend your hard earned money with this company and their incompetent employees, you could get the wrong part and have to pay for their mistakes. Customer service is non existent here. Keep your money and spend it somewhere reputable.

Very knowledgeable and understanding highly recommend

Mixed feelings at this place. Was there a year or so ago and customer service was bad staff was unprofessional. Recently I decided to give them another shot and had no complaints this time around. Will update my review the next time i need to take a trip there.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.Initially I went there to get a 16" rim. They had the item I wanted; while a staff member was retrieving it, the desk clerk asked if I needed a tire as well. I didn't know they had tires and did tire mounting. Fortunately he asked me because I needed a rim, tire, and have it mounted. Had he not I would have had to go to another store for the tire and mounting. That definitely saved me time and money, so thank you. Ace Auto Salvage was better than expected. When I need parts and service again I will return!
