I just want to thank Bob for going above and beyond on behalf of my son in a medical situation by retrieving his phone and bringing it to the hospital in order for him to access his Dexcom. Not many people would take time out of their busy schedules to help others and we truly appreciate his kindness!

My son (20) was in a collision with a rock in the middle of the road late at night in fallbrook California. His car alerted the CHP of the accident as he was out of cell service range. A CHP officer shows up and disregards my sons request to call a tow truck company through our insurance. Adams towing shows up and doesn't even speak to my son about where to tow the car. They immediately tow it to their shop and now want to charge my son $1100 to get his vehicle out of impound. It NEVER should have went there in the first place. Adams has no record of the cop that called for the tow. ChP also doesn't have a record of the incident nor the tow request. Adams offered my son a measly $500 for him to surrender his car to them (a 2013 BMW328i). It can be repaired which they state on their website they do but told my son they can't do that for his car. Customer service lady is a horrible person and is rude and not helpful at all. Now I have to get a lawyer and try to get my sons car back so he can have transportation to his new job. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY OR LET CHP CALL THEM. They are a shady company.

I have always had a great experience with this company. Rather I'm having a car towed from the property or just having them on standby for things going on at the complex where I need all cars temporarily out of the lot. Friendly drivers, great response time and competitive prices.
