Looking forward to do business with them. Found out they are a full service dealer saving me time I already have to do already, this reassuring information they do compression test on all engines sold and 90 day warranty's on parts available. As well they are in my town covenant again and helpful so far. Don't go backwards upside down wishing pick n pull had better solution saving money wasted. Thanks everyone

I bought a $300.00 turbo from these guys. Had my mechanic put it on and it had a strange noise. So I chose to buy a new one to save the hassle of messing with another used one. I returned the turbo to the store (Alton the owner) calls me a liar and says there’s nothing wrong with this turbo and calls my mechanic and proceeds to tell him he’s wrong too. I sell salvage parts everyday and this is NOT how customer service should be. I would never recommend anyone to buy parts from here.

If I could do negative stars I would. Very rude people and the fact you have to tell them how to take something off of a vehicle is ridiculous. Especially when they charge you a 125 labor fee. I will not be coming back to this dumb! They also tell you 1 price and charge you another. Very unprofessional rude people.

Very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had an instrument cluster that stopped working and They put my mind at tease and told me that they could fix it!! the prices was less than half of the cost of a new one and they had it done and back to me in one day. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend everyone to do the same!

Don’t pay up front like I did. You will not get the part and you will not get your money back. Absolutely the very biggest ripoff salvage yard you will run across. Not just me I talked to a lady this morning who paid up front for 16” wheels and they give her 17” wheels when she went back they wouldn’t correct the problem they blamed it on computer era. On her ticket it said 16”. I lost $65.00 and they never had the part to begin with...

I had a piece of damaged trim on my car and Seth replaced it for me. He said to be sure and come back if I needed something else. About a month later I went back for another piece of trim, Seth remembered me and in five minutes he had my car looking like new. He was very nice and I definitely recommend them for service and price

If I could give them O stars I would. I have to agree with another party who reviewed this place. Rude & Unprofessional. When I asked the price of a particular item I was cursed. He called me a sonofabitch.

If I could give a negative star I would. DO NOT do business with this company. By far the most unprofessional, rude owner I've ever dealt with. Alton is the owner of this company that handled my Uhaul return.Calling Alton in a respectful way I asked him about a charge. He told me he would put me on hold however I could hear how rude he talked about me to someone else in the background. He proceeded to put the blame on another company, raised his voice multiple times to me, told me he had other things to do he didn't need to deal with this, continued to cut me off while I was talking calmly, he didn't want to give me his DM's name and only until after multiple attempts did he provide that information. Finally, he just hung up on me. I called back and the next person didn't even know of the DM. After digging around I was able to locate the DM and express my concerns.Alton should not be running a business with the way he talks to customers. I understand if work is busy and sometimes it can be stressful, but never should the customer feel talked down to and even hung up on because he couldn't deal with the situation.

I got a flat on I-44 in the middle of the night driving from OKC to Ohio. The next morning I found out I needed a new rim. Tire dealers in Springfield told me it would take 3 days to get one shipped in. I called Alton and he said I could get me a rim shipped overnight. I told him that I could drive on my donut spare for a bit and asked him to see if there was a rim available on the way to St. Louis. Minutes later he found a rim, I gave him my credit card and 2 hours later I picked up the rim at the salvage yard up I-44. Very friendly and tremendous service.
