    I was in need of a subframe for a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. (hybrid) I had a bit of difficulty finding one locally. I was fortunate enough to find one at Apple Auto Dismantling. I needed it delivered it out to Reseda area and free delivery was offered the same day. True their word it was delivered the same day. I appreciate the delivery service as it was raining today. Now I can finish the car and get my customer back on the road. Thank you Ricardo and Lily for great customer service here. I will be coming back to purchase more parts in the foreseeable future.

    Great customer service. I spoke to David on the phone before my arrival and he confirmed they had the part I needed and the price as listed. During my visit, I got the right part at a bargain price. Additionally, David went above and beyond to help me source additional parts. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

    Purchased an abs pump assembly on august 14th, they told me they had the part and was gonna get it shipped out, i call back when the part was supposed to arrive, and they said they sold it to someone else already. Now i have to wait another week and my customer does also. super frustrating and couldnt offer a replacement

    i absolutely hate writing bad reviews but this one is unfortunately well deserved. customer service is an important part of a business, and it just does not exist here at all. i'm not asking for much here, just the bare minimum. the guy (David?) i spoke to on the phone was...for lack of a better word, a total a s s. i was constantly put on hold without any warning. i also did not have ONE single friendly interaction in the 3 or so phone calls i exchanged with them. i'm no stranger to this type of business and have not experienced anyone as incompetent at customer relations before. extremely rude, unwilling to help in seemingly any way, etc. - if they have a part you absolutely can't find anywhere else, then i guess you have no choice, but otherwise i cannot recommend this place. 🤡

    DO NOT GO HERE!!! These people SUCK! Annoying phone music. They hang up the phone on you all the time! Bad customer service. Very RUDE. EXPENSIVE. No warranty. They lie.

    I work for a collision center and I called them to purchase a $1000 rear lift gate. I receive parts all the time that are damaged, so I asked what's their procedure if it was to show up damaged. John seemed confused and said he needed to talk to his uncle and for me to call back. When I called back he told me since we started off on the wrong foot by me asking a question like that, they can't sell it to us. Why is asking, what do they do if the item shows up damaged offensive? Items can get damaged during shipping. We were going to pay them $200 more than what a dealership sells it for plus $350 to ship it, but they would rather lose money because you ask them a question. I bet if it did show up damaged they wouldn't answer the phone. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!

    Amazing service & amazing prices for a part i needed ! My GPS routed me to the wrong location at first but they helped me get to where I needed to be. They were very informative and personally went out to my car to insure it was the right part I needed and even installed the part I needed in my car at no extra charge. Johnny was the best

    My father needed me to take a photo of a tire for him to look for while he was busy doing something else and when I went ahead and showed an employee the photo for him to write up he knew I took a picture of the wrong tires and he was very cool about it and patient too and Immediately went back to get the right pictures and I was then able to do what my father wanted me to do and didn't complicate things for him. The workers there are super nice and chill and thanks to that employee who corrected me I did my thing for my dad well yesterday 😁.

    Very clean and professional for an auto dismantler. they had what I needed and in fact I was able to put it on layaway for a week with a small deposit. Would highly recommend. Plus getting used auto body parts saves you 50 to 70% over new parts.

    Ordered an auto part from Johnny, they sent me a wrong item and they wouldn't accept responsibility and return it. I spoke to Timothy who represents himself as a manager but did nothing and didn't care and transferred me to Johhny who didn't care either and was really rude. Timothy and Johhny were unprofessional, rude and basically scammers. I would recommend everyone to STAY AWAY FROM Apple Auto Dismantling.

    I am very disappointed with the customer service. I was charged core but they did not instruct me to save the box from which they needed a barcode. Their attitude was, "oh well, we'll have to do a better job training..." This does not help me though.

    Found these guys because I needed to get a ac compressor for my car. I drove over an hour in my car with no AC to pick up the part to save time. They sold me a broken compressor. Before purchase they say they will honor the part and give 3 month warranty. When I called, I've been working with RENE. DO NOT WORK WITH HIM. RENE has giving me the runaround and lying to me. Also has the tendency to lie to be at 5pm saying he'll call his driver and never call me back. When I call back, their closed. I called 6 times that day waiting at the shop in 100 degree weather for this compressor. I will report RENE and post everywhere I can. I will call Monday and report to manager and owner, as well as report to the better business bureau of the business practice this establishment does. will upload our reciept and recorded conversations of the promises RENE verbally said. Thanks for the terrible customer service that has affected me and my wife and two kids because you can't do a simple job.

    Buyer BEWARE!! Prices here are overpriced & bad customer service! I called to ask if they had a part I was looking for and indeed they said they had it, when I got there they said it would be $75, I work on cars all the time so know the prices should run for I decided not purchase the part. I called an auto parts and the same part new with 18 month warranty would be $50, so then I called Apple Auto Dismantling thinking I had misunderstood them when I was there and told them the situation and tried to work out a deal they refused and where very rude. I had already purchased the new part but I just wanted to know what kind of business they are and that is why I give them 0 stars.

    Very rude on the phone when I called to locate a specific part. Drove oven an hour to the location in LB. When I arrived, they brought be a part THAT I SPECIFICALLY asked for by color and condition. Part was the WRONG color and was in HORRIBLE unusable condition. Needless to say, I did not get it. These people suck at life! Did I mention the price was close to new cost?!

    i whent to apple desmanteling place to buy some parts i need apple had it so i buy it they told me it was in a another location so i said not a problem this was on thrusday thy promes me for saturday but my parts never arrive i call them and they say tim did the sale never input in the receive for when shop to be deliver i got the parts till saturday and they were asking for money when i alrady pay then so they were confuse till i call tim and said it was a mis comunication the buton part is when they do a mistake nobody from they side wants to take the blame and they dont care what a bussnes rown way to do busnes .

    I was referred to Apple after two different places made me drive 2 hours for the wrong part. I called Apple and Timothy picked up the phone and right away he was a lot more helpful then the other guys. I explained to him that I need a specific navigation unit and a front bumper complete with fog lights and grille and I also explained to him that I've been back and forth for nothing, twice. He asked me for a vin number and put me on hold while he called and confirmed the parts with the dealer. It turned out that he had everything besides one of the fog lights. I drove down to Apple the following day and took everything. He also found the other fog light from another location and had shipped to my house through ups. Tim is great guy and I look forward to doing business with him in the future.

    Worst service ever!!! They sold me a part that didn't work. I went back 5 times for a refund. They never gave me my money back!! . Do not waste your money. Go somewhere else.

    20% Restocking Fee - WTF? Beware of fine print! whatever you buy, it's 20% even a second later to return it. For absolutely no reason. A minimum wage kid put the part back on the shelf in all of 5 sec and that service cost me $200 bucks? Not to mention that defective junk shouldn't be restocked anyway. Their "policy", as they call, is really a hidden way of stealing from unsuspecting people. Find it somewhere else!

    Ordered a dashboard for a 2016 VW Golf Sportswagen turned out to be bad, but before they shipped it gabriel sent me pictures of it and I declined to go ahead with the order, but he sold me the dash airbag out of it for an AMAZING price and was VERY helpful also gave me a refund. Thank you for all your help apple auto.
