Cleanest, best-organized and best-managed used auto parts seller I've ever been to. And on top of that, their price was very reasonable, the part was clean and on a pallet and they loaded it into my vehicle for me. Used auto parts places can be grungy operations so this was a surprisingly pleasant visit. I will use them again.

I needed a tail light and didn't want to pay 370.00 full price so, I got a beautiful replacement for 140.00. Great customer service. I was expecting a dump but, its very nice and organized. Highly recommend.

In today's world finding anyone who knows anything about what they are selling is nearly impossible, almost everything you do you are on your own, you can't find help. I contacted Bishop's a few weeks ago and somehow the automated system got me to Joe at extension 123. I am not a professional Auto guy, I know a little about cars and know how to turn a wrench. I explained the make and model and the parts I needed, a fan motor, a bumper and a control panel to Joe. He was pleasant and polite and to top it off he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. Joe has the experience with a wrench in his hand, you can tell quickly. It is not just about how much money I saved, it was much better than that, I found a friend with a knowledge base willing to help me. He sent me pictures and prices and I knew what I was getting, he made me feel comfortable about doing it. I feel that I not only got the parts that where perfect I made a friend. When I dial the main number now I just wait until the prompt starts on phone and I dial 123 (to get Joe).

I just had a great experience. I needed a part for my fiat which they had in stock but there was a slight error in its condition. They notified me and rectified the situation perfectly. I had the part installed later that day with no issues. Would happily shop there again but hope I don't need to hah

I've been in the body shop industry for 40+ years. I've dealt with Bishops throughout the years and would have given them a possible 3 rating. Since I thought of giving another try and started to work with Joe within the last 6 months. Joe is not only pleasant to deal with but goes over and above his job classification and actually cares about the quality of parts and reaches his arrival times as quoted. He'll work with me on pricing if insurance is calling for another yard. His paperwork/credits and communication skills is right on point. Joe has restored my opinion and will continue to work with him in the future. Thanks for all you do Joe!
