First visit, we were told to come back the following Monday... Went back Monday, no part.Was told to come back Friday... Went Friday, they loaded the part, it was a completely wrong part.Was told that it would be there Wednesday. We t to pick it up Wednesday... And still no part. Got my money back.

ordered a rear view mirror and it took Two weeks to recoeve it and on top of that wasnt even the right color

I bought a set of springs from Wade from out of state he was great! He found what I needed shipped them to me and they were here before I got the other parts I needed from a local wrecking yard. Thanks again Wade and everyone from Bluegrass Auto Parts!

Few such places exist around. Good service to the people. Sometimes they could be a lil rudeness or an 'i don't care' attitude. At the end of the day Monopoly carries with it certain negativity.

They literally never , ever, answer the phone!! I don’t even understand how they are even running a business. Every single time I call, and press one for sales, I never get an answer. And I call back to back 15 times literally and never receive an answer…. One would think after calling for a few hours straight you would get an answer but still nope… no answer!

Bought 2doors and that's what they loaded. Got home and got em out to see no inside pieces like a Handel or any buttons even the cover was missing. Why ask if it's power windows and locks if it doesn't come with anything to use these features?

I only give them three stars simply because the customer service could use some help. I had purchased a headlight down there to replace a driver side headlamp and the pain going to court for my continuance two weeks agoI had God that called them because I lost received and needed one email to me as quickly as possible I was very courteous I said please thank you and I acted like it was just the worst thing in the world. Still never sent me the email and to this day I still don't have this email showing that I purchased these parts and I don't have time to wait and go down to their shop.
