Unfortunately, I will probably never use them again, even after having been a customer for 30+ years. The woman who answers the phone and deals with the purchasing of junk vehicles was a total jerk, and she needs to be reminded that she is there to serve the customers, not the other way around... ...she is very unpleasant, rude, and disrespectful. Perhaps she should find a job better suited for her demeanor, like maybe cleaning the bird boogers off the floors of a chicken coop, netting brown trout at a water treatment facility, or perhaps shoveling up the gravy at a pig farm...?!

I’ve never been a “car guy” but ran up here to help a mechanic friend out. This was the 3rd yard I’ve visited for him over the years Not only helpful, friendly and polite, very organized (military precision o7 🇺🇸?) Hope PLUS the guy helping me tried saving me several $100 and time* by “pulling it myself” HOPEFULLY Parts was will be pulled “ready” in next day or two 🙏 *I’m lucky I can add fluids and change a tire..
