I’ve only had good experiences here. Tony and the rest of the staff are kind and helpful and make sure that they deliver the best customer service possible. The extended warranty is also fantastic and has allowed me to switch parts that were not working with no questions asked. The yard is clean and well kept, little to no trash or miscellaneous parts are seen lying around. Overall great experience, highly recommended stopping by.

Excellent staff asking poo perfect questions with Tony covering 3 jobs at the same time not to worry even skipped lunch to deal with my issues and I have a few mostly people don't look at where they are going.

I just went to Brandy Brow for the first time. Nice people and very well run. They pointed me right to the section where my part was and gave me a list of cars that were compatible. No problems, I will go back.

Would not recommend. The tow truck driver is rude. The communication between staff is horrible. I will never do business with these people again. If you are looking for well run business with friendly staff who communicate with each other, definitely take your business else where.Also, the follow up email from the staff when they saw this review was *super* unprofessional.

They where more than helpful and with only 1 man behind the desk and a girl doing write ups and returns tony did an unbelievable job yes I would definitely go there again and do business

Great in person customer service, lifetime warrenty on parts you can't beat it when it comes to salvaged parts.

They do not honor their own warranty guidelines and will try to find any possible way so they don't have to do so. They're way overpriced and extremely rude.

Here's an old friend from the past. We came here as teenagers in the 70s to keep our woodrunners and rust rockets driving, long past their expiration dates. Today, it's still providing us with those auto parts we need. Thanks for staying around, Brandy Brow.

0/5 stars. Went there for a oil pan on a bmw e46. Guy came out with a transmission pan from the car, luckily my son is in the automotive industry and knew better. Called prior to going there to confirm they had the part and was told they did. Obviously didn’t double check. Wasted a 2 hour drive. Horrible customer service and overpriced.
