They had the part I needed in stock when no one else did. They shipped it and I received it 2 days later. Great service, very friendly, highly recommend. Will look there first in the future for any other auto part needs.

First time customer today. Not only did Brothers Auto Parts offer me the lowest price I could find, but the customer service was exemplary. Had some awful experiences with Tim who owned/ran this business many years earlier, but the new owners have added so much class and respectability. This will be my first contact for my future needs!

Terrible. Everytime I've called over the years I've had the same experience. I'll call to ask them for a part and then they tell you that they'll give you a call back shortly while they check if they have it, you'll never hear back from them again, I've called 4 days in a row asking for a tire and everytime I was told I'd get a call back shortly and I never heard back from them. This has happened to me every single time I've tried to do business with this place, 100% of the time. Now I tell everyone I know not to waste their time with this place, save yourself the trouble and just go to Fox Auto.

Nice friendly service. Had the part I need exact color and match I needed. They Even texted me a days after just to see if I needed anything else.

This place is awesome. Not only do they have anything you need for your car but at reasonable prices. This was very positive experience for me. They are very professional and put customer satisfaction at the top of their priority list. While waiting I observed, Mike one of the owners and his receptionist, Nikki diligently working on helping a potential customer find what they needed. Brothers Auto Parts LLC knows how to treat customers. If they hear someone wasn't happy the owners attempt to correct the issue. How many places actually put customer satisfaction first? Not many. Mike and -KC owners have a strong team Nikki, Dan, Othman and Brian. It is a bit of a drive but it is a beautiful view and well worth going there if you really need a part and prefer good customer service. They can't be beat!!!

I had a great experience. Very intelligent and helpful guys who work here. They took my vehicle into and helped me find all the parts I needed and even gave me some great advice for the future. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone I know.
