Wow, they advertise a part on car-part. I call in to purchase and the person says it's not worth his time to verify part and fitment. What a great experience. Exact words not worth the $30. Classic

They participate in a national online network which is where I found the part. I called a couple days ahead and they promptly found the part in their database, verified it was still available, priced it, and took my order. Four days later when I stopped to pick it up, it was pulled and waiting for me. They also did a great job of gently pulling the part which made the installation pretty much plug and play. No bait and switch. No misrepresented part. I got exactly what I expected. I definitely recommend them.

Move on. Incredibly rude and no professionalism at all. Would not stop using loud tools during a call, gave an attitude when I said I could not hear him and said the tools make him money, not a phone call.

They're friendly and fast, that being said. They're way over priced. Charged me 3 times the price of a new part for a used one. Only bought it because I needed it that second. Otherwise wouldn't go there again to be ripped off. What a Shame

Customer service skills=ZERO Not what I would expect from a family owned business... I would suggest removing "if we don't have it well find it!" From your radio ad. The guy practically hung up on me when I asked if they could locate the part I was looking for elsewhere. Hard no on reccomending this place for even a hubcap.

very rude , wouldn't verify the part they listed as good was actually in good shape without paying for it in advance.... would not recommend......and then called me after i left this review saying quote "what was the reason you threw a fit and left a bad review"..... again poor customer service and very rude !!!

Didn't want to do business with me because a $50 piece of plastic "wasn't worth their time" and I "don't understand how things work". They were selling a timing cover for $76 on ebay, and $50 on their own website. I made an offer for $50 on ebay and they turned around with a counter-offer for $75. Why even have the option to let people make offers if you're going to disrespect them?They were rude with their responses.They never responded to my request for a quote on their website either.This place is a clusterf**k of scrooges, prices are a ripoff and their attitude needs adjustment
