    Had a great experience as a 1st time customer. Needed a specific auto part. Buckeye was the only place that had this exact piece, spoke with Chris. He was very quick, efficient & even negotiated a lower price. 24 hrs later, the part was in my hands just as he described. The interior is organized, neat & easily accessible. Chris was very trusting assuring me if I had a problem with the part, he would totally refund my money. How much better could this experience have been? Not! Thanks Chris!

    There should be an option for zero stars. Theses people are rude and disrespectful. Hanging up in my face and the they sell broke parts and hide behind a phone. Stay away

    I bought a car door awhile back and they had the wrong wiring harness. I just slapped it on my car because I really needed a door and never had the electrical work done. When I called to ask about it they rudely said I never purchased anything from them and offered no other assistance. Never doing business with this place.

    I called in because it shows they have a certain part for a car I need. Talked to the guy goes and says yeah we would never sell those types of parts because we would never be able to take them off and we just don’t sell them. Just was plane disrespectful and doesn’t even know how to take a part off.

    Had to pick up some parts for MAP and Chris help us out a lot. Thought it took a few tries since they were busy and we didn't clearly prepare a cut line on our vehicle they were able to get our parts.     Needed a tailgate for my truck. I dealt with Andy. He made the process friendly, fast and painless. I had a 3.5 hour drive so I wanted to make sure the part was right and in good condition. He followed up with pictures to show me if it was what I needed. Salesman was great, part was great and reasonable. Highly recommend. Ask for Andy. 😎

    Great experience! I called in and spoke with Chris. He found the part in their system and quoted a price. I went to pick up and was suprised how clean a salvage yard office could be! Chris remembered me calling in, and found my quote. Called the yard to bring the part to the office, and it was in nice condition as described. I was there all of 15 minutes max, and they helped 4 customers, in and out. Chris was a great help and it is very much appreciated!

    I was highly impressed with how easy this place was. I needed an axle for my 04 accord and they had one in stock! I ordered it the first day, they pulled it, then called me the next day for pickup. I’d say if you know exactly what you need already, then just call them to order the part. That will save you a trip in there. The staff was friendly enough. Great place to buy used auto parts in good condition and they seem to have just about everything.

    Bought a $2300 transmission with a 1 year warranty. It lasted 2 weeks! I called and they said I need to get it to their warranty people to make sure it was installed correctly. I LIVE IN DAYTON!!! If it was not installed correctly, would it have worked for 2 weeks? Do not waste your time with these scam artists. I actually had to call them back because after my initial call, 2-3 days prior, my call had not been returned.

    Walked in office four men on phones two of them was doing nothing after 7 or 8 minutes standing there one of the guys on the end looks up and says what do you need and I answered him with we're having a bad time finding this part and he interrupted me mid sentence and says what year is it and he didn't even see what I had in my hands and I gave him the year and he says we don't have nothing like that why don't you just go down the road to Addison's! so sad... the man didn't realize that we had $200 cash we was going to pay for the part and it's only worth 20 brand new we was just in a pinch and willing to pay anything it took to get it we even had a tip for him but since he was so rude we just walked out stating out loud we knew it was mistake to go in there to begin with the funny thing is he said they didn't even sell used parts but the whole building had thousands of junk cars sitting behind it so what does a place like that sell? Short answer nothing with people like that working in office

    It's hard to not rate Buckeye Auto Parts at 5 stars. It's not your typical salvage yard. Very clean interior, with super friendly staff. They have a wide selection of parts as well. My father has been coming here since they opened. Now that he's not able to work on vehicles, It's up to me to keep it going. I will 100% be coming back here for any of my auto parts needs. The guy Chris was exceptionally nice and went above and beyond my expectations as an employee.

    The sales people gave me horrible, incompetent service, and they were impolite on top of that. I called multiple times, they didn't take down my order any of those times. I know this because when I went in person, they didn't have any record of my item, but they said that they could take my payment and they would call me when my item was ready. Well, 5 days later and I received no call, so I finally called them back. When I tried to explain the issue, they didn't respond to me, they just abruptly passed me to a different salesperson, twice in a row. I regret buying my part here, because this was infuriating.

    Never will be going back to this place. Never purchase a transmission from them. I had an awful experience with Greg. If you purchase a part and shortly after it has issues don’t expect them to replace the part….he’ll expect you to fix the issue by buying the parts and getting someone fix it for you. Will not even contact you back but will run you off. Worst customer service ever. Thanks Greg.

    I have purchased thousands in parts from this company, but will choose elsewhere next time. Customer put 3,000 miles on a used transmission, installed February 2020, it lost reverse after 11 months. 1 year warranty was purchased but vehicle sat. 2 months go buy and customer reached out to get repairs done in April 2021. I understand it is out of the technical dates but the transmission lasted 3k miles and 11 months. Don't bother buying their warranty.

    (Craig or Greg) was very helpful. It took me a few days to get my transfer case, but it took no time during the pick up. Thank you. Lord knows I don't want to need you again, but if I do. I'll be back! Thank you again. UPDATE::: They also accepted part back since I didn't need it. Full Refund!

    Great parts great customer service however I will say this, at times their pricing can be crazy sometimes insane and hard to swallow and I get at times it can take little bit to remove the part from whatever they take it off of but it should not take days I mean come on seriously days but they give good warranties and can source almost anything even if they don't have it right then and there

    Ok, So I've been 2 a many junk yard in my day. Since I was a kid. I even worked at Parsons Auto Parts with Amir. (WE STILL FRIENDS) But, yesterday I went here 2 p/u a part AND MY EYES WERE BLOWN AWAY!!! This place is so Clean in the inside, I felt like I was in the office of a car dealership. The guys seemed friendly enuff and Chris took really good care of Me. They even hv the Statue in the Corner that had me Mezmerized. Made out of a Driveshaft. Buckeye Auto Parts, THANK YOU SO MUCH 4 ur Part, Customer Setbice and a Very Comfortable Environment 4 ur customers 2👍🏾👍🏾's 🆙️

    I give 3 1/2 to 4 stars because after calling all over the city, they were the ONLY location that I was able to find my window replacement!!! However, it was extremely dirty, not even wrapped to protect it, with glue, gum, and other markings all over it that I am still trying to remove! Smh... Honestly, I kinda miss the clear plastic that was taped up to the window!

    How u take the money the day before, then see the card and my I.D. then say u need a copy of the card!?... then get mad when I question what ur motivation was for that?? Good thing I don't need the part but I would recommend people find a different place to do business unless u want ur personal information taken to do only God knows what with!! 0 out of 10 stars... wouldn't recommend 🤷‍♂️... there where no other customers in ur building so please try again and my card never declines 🤣🤣🤣.. please try again 🤣🤣.. anyone who knows me knows I'm far from broke my guy 🤣🤷‍♂️. Still haven't gotten that refund yet and it's been a week refund my money or give me my part please and thank you 😑

    Bought motors, transmissions and rear ends from them.. all been good. Yea their ruff around the edges. If you're looking for hugs and kisses this ain't the place. If you want to drop the motor in and go down the road this is the place.. .

    The staff here was very nice and polite telling me I should buy my engine over the phone so it doesn’t get sold I can understand that. They told me If didn’t like the engine it was completely refundable COOl I paid for it. then I took off 4 hours early from work the next day to pick it up I called at 3:50 and said traffic was bad and that gps said 4:45 time of arrival. Greg said we walk out the door at 5 so if you think you might get here at 5:02 don’t bother. So I just took off work early pre paid 2,051.13$$$ and you can’t wait two minutes for me. hmm great way to get repeat customers idk if the parts are any good. Well showed up at 4:50 Greg had me sign some papers I was reading the terms and conditions and he said is everything alright. Just reading what I’m singing bubba. He said “ well we close it 8 mins so hurry up. Me” I just spent 2000$ dollars I can get a refund if you don’t have time. No your good he said what great place and awesome customer service Greg........... …

    Won't sell parts that fit 1990's vehicles (and in this case it's the same part up into the mid to early 00's) Dude refused to even look it up. And yes they do show they have the part in stock according to their website. These guys apparently aren't concerned about making $
