    Parts are plentiful and the prices are competitive. The staff is helpful and friendly. $300 for a gas engine? YEAH BUDDY!! FYI: Bring sun screen, bug spray AND plenty of fluids. If you're like me you're gonna be "shopping" for a while.

    RUN RUN DO NOT GET OVERCHARGED AT BUDDYS THE OWNER OVERCHARGE ME 1800 DOLLARS. STONGLY SUGGEST PICK N PULL IN SPRINGFIELD. SAVE YOUR $$ BUDDYS IS A OVERPRICED HORRIBLE PARTS NO REFUNDABLE ON BROKEN NON WORKING PARTS AND WILL ADD HE SCAMMED ME AND WILL NOT WILL NOT EVER SUGGEST GOING TO THAT PLACE TRY A DIFFERENT PLACE THAN BUDDYS WHOLEHEARTEDLY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

    Came in on 09/17/2022. Sells agent Blake was extremely rude. I was left at the car lot over 1 1/2 hours , to even be able to test drive a car. Blake lied to me directly about the price told me that the Chevy cobalt had a motor replacement at 160k miles but motor reader read 260k miles( no way someone drove 100k miles in test drives for it to read 260k …. Than Blake also lied to me about price he said 3k out the door , I was than informed that the price was over what he told me. Than he said I can have it for 3 grand I said 2800 he refused it. The car steering was kinda iffy, and it also screeched as soon as you start to go again from a complete stop.. Blake was super rude than told me to leave because I requested to speak with buddy that drives the red Taho suv.since Blake had lied to me about mileage and price both on the car. I was gonna buy in cash right than…. I highly recommend not buying from buddy’s unless you want to waste over 2 hours for absolutely nothing at all.

    Blake did a great job! We recently bought a car and Blake was the one taking care of us! Since it was our first car we had many questions and he did a great job at explaining the process, what we were signing on and if there was any confusion he cleared it up and did it with a smile on his face! Great service, environment and I felt very confident walking out the door with the keys to a new vehicle for us! He was very patient with us, even went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. We felt bad because we arrived close to them closing, with calling ahead to make sure it would be alright if we arrived a little close to their closing time. Blake was more than happy to let us come in! He was happy to see us and help! We walked out of there very happy with our purchase and even more so to have had someone take care of us so well! Will definitely return!! Great job sir!

    I found customer service skills lacking. I understand at the end of the day everyone just wants to finish the workday and go home. The last person that walks through the door did not cause the problems of the day, they deserve respect. I will use the other similar businesses. When customers are not respected they won't be back.

    sold my car for salvage after having it totaled. they were fantastic with talking me through the process of having my car towed there, offered a fair price, and were incredibly patient when the post office had lost my car title for nearly a month. came in upon finally receiving the title and was able to sell it quickly with no issues at all. thanks to the patient staff at buddy’s!

    Tried calling for a week and even put in requests for a vehicle, NO answer at all.. when I went in multiple days, there was never a salesman. The information given to me was almost always wrong and it is impossible to buy a vehicle from them.. 2 weeks later still waiting to buy.

    I just bought a car from Buddy’s and I’m very happy with the overall experience! Blake was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He answered all my questions and made doing all the paperwork painless. When the car needs maintenance done in the future I will definitely bring it to Buddy’s because of the wonderful attitudes I experienced from everyone there.

    Very good parts out their but bad customer treatment. Needed to have someone come pick up a car so me and my dad could pull a receiver off and they were very rude about it. I didn't know my row number but i told em if you can get someone to follow me i can show you car wasn't deep either it was right outside of the row. They told me when i find it call them. They never picked up. If you have low tolerance for blatant disrespect don't go here.

    I'm a dealer Have spent thousands over the years at buddys I've sold them cars trucks Over the years Thought it was a reptilable place The full service Sold me transmission That does not work at all Called them to get a rude a** on the phone Wast 2 days waiting for them to get me transmission To replace The Bad one they sold me After multiple phone calls I'm told to come get my refund could have done that day one but they wanted to charge me 20% restock fee on a bad transmission lol The staff is very very rude As a business owner I would hope and pray none of my employees ever speak to a customer the way I was spoken to With that being said I will never spend another penny in this place Too many other salvage yards to get parts from my employees were to speak to a customer in that fashion they would need a job immediately Out 680 on labor and supplies But I will now have to file small claims to recoup my money Green County courthouse here we come Thanks Ken Silvers

    They have thousands of cars it seems. If you can't find your part here then it's off a rare car. They have good location on the vehicles so u aren't searching all day. Prices are very reasonably low and they are not insane about prices of items you may find inside one of the vehicles. Like if you find a 4 way tire tool in one and bring it up to counter to buy it they are mostly just pennies on the dollar. Great place to find upgrades for your car to as most of the cars are actually in good shape and not a bunch of totalled out wrecks that have been pick over.

    Great u-pull it place. Well organized and map showing exactly where your vehicle is going to be. You can check online to see cars/trucks and info about them. The parts I needed were reasonably priced and exactly what the online quote was. They have water for purchase which was great because it was a hot day lol

    Needed a bolt and spacer for an idler pully. Called in and knew they had 18 different trucks that might have it. Got in an out in 30 minutes, and it only cost me 7 bucks! Every part I have gotten from Buddy's has worked absolutely fine with no problems. Will always keep going back!

    My Father bought a hood yesterday in advance and paid extra to have it pulled, was to come back next dad to load it up, not even 24hrs amd they sold it to someone else, and said oh we thought it was you guys sold it out fromvunder us, got the other hood (worse condition) they didnt discount, or waive no fee, no apology, not sincere, nothing when my father has spent tons of money in there. Even a sorry would've went along way but nothing. So Over All: They have everything you need, which is great. Customer Service: Terrible and high price, I do give 2nd chances tho so I hope next time I can come back and fix this review...

    Window cracked after having the windshield replaced, left it dirty. Called 3 times for appt to have windshield replaced, inspection and oil change.. they forgot the trim for the job, and it only took 4hrs!!!! Apparently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand was doing. None of it their fault. I didn't have an appt for the oil change when we spoke about it the 3 times I called and 5 days ahead of time. They didn't forget the trim it was the shops fault they ordered from. Smh

    I’ve called multiple times for 2 weeks. I keep getting told I’ll get a call back and never do. I get told something diff and excuses every time I call about auto parts. And then just told I’ll get a call back again. Poor customer service to not even be able to answer a question and give a phone call. Guess I’ll look somewhere else since they obviously don’t want my business.

    Our lovely Buick Lesabre blew a gasket about a year ago, and we had it just sitting in the yard until we could make up our mind on what to do with it. Well Buddy's came and picked it up with a smile today. The gentlemen that came was very friendly and fast! Thank you for making our parting with our Buick the best experience I could have hoped for!

    Myself and wife purchased a minivan here as is but when there was a couple problems with battery installation a battery I purchased and Nick was installing for us some damage happened to radiator not really Nick's fault they want out of their way and purchased us a brand new radiator and installed at no cost and delivered it to our house next day free of charge very honest it's hard to find anymore would buy from again would recommend to anyone
