I sold/had towed a 2015 Ford Escape with front end damage (I'm not a mechanic so I'm not sure what all was or wasn't damaged in the accident)..ONE damaged door and one MINORLY scuffed back panel..like new high mileage tires that were put on less than 6 months ago (cost me $1000 for all 4) and the car DOES run. I accept it needed work. I'm not arguing that. It's just a shock when you're quoted $1700 on the phone and end up only getting a check for half of that. My advice to the company moving forward is...please be honest with people! Tell clients they will get an estimate once the driver comes out and looks the vehicle over! Least then the expectations aren't unrealistic and the seller doesn't get gut punched.

FIVE OUT OF 5☆☆☆☆☆!!! Treated us like FAMILY! Very Clean. All 3 of the guys - Juliann, Art AND ?? I forgot- I am so sorry! - they were so friendly , informative and let us look even with just 30 minutes left til close. The yard map was very clear to read and every vehicle we went to look for was EXACTLY where it said it would be. They have carts for you to use. Will be back very soon! #Great DATE Day=)

I stopped by the Waco location to purchase a seat from an 83 Ford Ranger for a project truck. The young man quoted me a price of 58 dollars for what he claimed was a leather seat. However, I pointed out that the seat was actually vinyl. In comparison, a cloth seat costs 29 dollars. Despite being vinyl, the seat is mistakenly priced as leather. I recommend that you reassess your pricing. You will need to put the seat back. Thank you for your help, BYOT. I would like to thank Bobby for making this right think you Sir.
