I sold/had towed a 2015 Ford Escape with front end damage (I'm not a mechanic so I'm not sure what all was or wasn't damaged in the accident)..ONE damaged door and one MINORLY scuffed back panel..like new high mileage tires that were put on less than 6 months ago (cost me $1000 for all 4) and the car DOES run. I accept it needed work. I'm not arguing that. It's just a shock when you're quoted $1700 on the phone and end up only getting a check for half of that. My advice to the company moving forward is...please be honest with people! Tell clients they will get an estimate once the driver comes out and looks the vehicle over! Least then the expectations aren't unrealistic and the seller doesn't get gut punched.

The lace had a 50% off sale. We asked about specialty yard. There were two gentleman stating the parts were fifty percent off before we went out. The website and the gentleman were wrong. We weren’t charged fifty percent as advised. The men towards the end were wrong. Don’t go off of the website nor the gentleman. Ask as you go and maybe they will update their info. I want you to have a better experience and not be misinformed.

Ok so my 16 year old accidentally got rid of her rim when she had a flat and this place was recommended by the tire shop. This place was waaaayyy better than I expected! We were able to get 4 rims with four really nice newer tires for less than it was going to cost to buy one rim from the dealership. They were really so awesome and even helpful when we had trouble getting the tires off. Oh and this place was really organized! Oh and they give a Veteran discount!!!
