Straight up SCAM DON'T EVEN BOTHER SHOPPING HERE!!!We purchased a motor they said was tested and guaranteed a 90 day warranty but they sent the engine to us over two months after the purchase to offset their warranty. Installed the motor and BOOM, smoke out the exhaust, defective unit from the start. They kept saying they will send someone to pick up the motor and never did to further offset their warranty period- so we drove 2 hours down to return the motor to them. They took the motor then claimed 2/3 heat tabs were removed meaning it overheated so they weren't going to cover anything. IT NEVER EVEN RAN CORRECTLY AFTER INSTALLATION.Nothing but crooks, dishonest guys, and money grabbing thugs. Filed the dispute already with my Bank I'll never do business with them again.

Great Experience. I was having a hard time finding parts for my VW Jetta Will and Maria were awesome! Informing me on what parts were available. They even had the parts in the matching color of my car. Sam was very fair on price. I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of car parts.

Nope! Nope! And nope! Asked for a part the man didn't even let me finish my sentence and hung up on me. When do places realize that customers make the business??? Look elsewhere if you want the decency.

Run away from these guys. Straight crooks. Take your money and gave me the wrong engine after a month. Took another month to send me the right one and it ended up having bad compression. Returned it and they’re saying it overheated when it never ran for over 15 minutes and never had leaks. Think twice and you all have been warned.

Very good spot lots of cars to find parts from the service was great very helpful employees located the part i needed within 5 min of me being there and has better pricing than most dismantling places overall i will be coming back to this spot for my cart part needs 💯

I had very bad experience with this auto parts place. I can't fine the words to explain you how bad was the customer service, plus they sold me engine and delivered bad ones three times. The first one was wrong one and the other two where bad ones and I had to drive all the way to Modesto from Sacramento to get my money back, because they try to give me hard time

Truly the most awful experience I have ever had with a supplierSold me a seized engine and refused to refund me, took them to small claims court and they no-showed me, then still refused to take the engine back and refund me. Wasn't until I got the local DA investigators involved that they complied. Even then they made me deliver it back to them from the central coast and laughed at my driver when he got their.

I am very much disappointed in this people they are absolutely liars and very unreliable they took my money for four weeks and did not send me their right transmission and after that they promised to send me another one and they lied to me they took my money and they just keep lying to me and now after four weeks they are refunding my money they are not to be trusted and very unreliable I would say shame on them please do not trust them and do not do business with them find somewhere or else to do business

Picture the worst customer service you can imagine. Now, realize that what you have pictured is actually exponentially better than anything this place can ever HOPE to provide. Next, do yourself a favor, make like Shrek, and stay far, FAR away. You will be a happier person because of it.
