We came here to get a car part on Thursday. The guy stated he would get the part and put it on for a small fee by Sat 10 A.m. He contacted us 45 mins before the appt to say he broke one of the parts and stated he was unavailable for appt. His aunt has a water leakage dont know where it is at. So maybe after 2 he'll be able to do the job. We get there and buy the part and he states he cant do it. Then I attempted to ask the owner if she knew anyone of recommendation that could put it on. She rudely said we didn't pay him and don't know. How you expect people to pay someone for no work. We could of got the part off and went about our business. All the run around was unnecessary. Never again and wouldn't recommend. Her disposition was terrible when it comes to delivering questions.

Very friendly, very organized, very clean, very affordable. The walk in cashier quoted a price for one item I came to get; I found more than I expected and what very pleased with the walk out price.

We have been here many many times over the years to get pieces and parts for cars..Love this place they're always nice and decent they're always informative and helpfu..Highly recommend this place over LKQ any day..We will definitely return....Highly Recommended..

Waited 10 minutes in line only to be told I was in the wrong building. Went looking for the correct building, couldn't find it. Called them, and they couldn't describe or give directions to the correct building. So I left.

Prices are way to high and watch the Guy doing the pricing and running the register If you want auto parts at a good price go to u pull it in Rockhill alot nicer place and run by Honest people

Not the best selection definitely not the best wheel barrels , some cars have been picked long past the point of crushing and maybe it's just me but I feel like they could clean up around the cars better , it's like bombs went off scattering parts during WW2 and they still haven't been picked up , makes Charlotte pull a part look like LKQ , that's no joke !!

Not bad on the prices and they have some cool stuff in the back.

Good prices and I can normally find what I need. My only complaint is that they do zero maintenance on the carts they have for customers to use. I don't think there is one cart that will roll correctly once you put anything in it. As a disabled veteran that already has a harder time getting around, having a cart that will roll with the items I came to get would mean alot since the place is a self serve place.

There customer service is terrible they dug through our tool bag and made us pay for a part we didnt even get there and she proceeds to say we were told to check in our stuff before but the never mentioned that as they watched us carry a bag outside. To add to all that they were no help whats so ever in helping us find the car we needed they are lazy and dont care about there customers.

The Lady who worked there was rude and wrong....but insisted she was right🤬
