I agree with rest of the people's complaints here. Their inventory is as accurate as a Stormtrooper's aim. I've looked up 6 Nissan Versas and none of them are in the lanes in their inventory. I did found 1 in a completely in a different lane but it was not any of the 6 Versas in the pictures. Then I tried again for S197 Ford Mustang, it's only 1/3 chance it's accutate. And same for a 1997 Nissan Hardbody that arrived in Nov 2024, it wasn't there during my search in December 2024. Don't waste your time here, look for other pick-n-pull for your sanity.

Thank you! Marissa you were really nice & greeted me Upon arrival my kind of people❤️☺️. Nevertheless i took my jeep in first time visit & service for my passenger rear window. Let me tell my glass had to be ordered it only took a few hours, but when I returned back they pulled me right in & I was out in less than 30min.. I Will be sending referrals. La Meshia 2/27/2024

My mother scheduled for her car to be picked up this morning and the guy who was sent was so rude to her. We did not feel safe with him. We called the company to let them know and they did not care. My mother is a single mom and it’s so sad to see companies like this treat people so rudely.

Horrible layout. Rows not too easy to find.. Theit organizations sucks... The cars listed in certain rows are not even there. They need to relist everything because they can't organize their yard. Don't bother asking where cars are because it won't even be worth it.

I went to this pick and pull to get a part for my 2014 gmc acadia and they had the acadi's spread all over the place so by the time I walked 7-10 long mins to the back and back to the front pissed off. This heifer looks at me and tell me that she is going to have to search my bag and I told her that she was not searching my bag because it was my medical bag and I've brought it in before without any problems. Not to mention, they are not allowed to search anyone's medical bag. She went as far as to say "you are not disabled nor old"... then she called the cops and first she told them that I had something in my bag and then she told them that I had something in my body and had a mask over my face so she could not see me.... Regardless of any store policy on you all "wanting to search someone's bags" that is only YOUR STORE POLICY... NOT A STATE LAW. BUT HER TELLING THE POLICE THAT I "STOLE SOMETHING AND I HAD IT IN MY BAG AND IN MY BODY" WITHOUT PROOF AND TELLING ME THAT I AM NOT OLD OR DISABLED WAS DEFORMATION OF CHARACTER AND FALSE ACCUSATION WHICH COULD HAVE LED TO SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS. I EVEN CALLED THE POLICE SO THAT THEY COULD MEET ME TO SEARCH ME AND WATCH MY VIDEO ON MY DASHCAM BUT THEY TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT. I WILL BE PURSUING CIVIL CHARGES.

They gave me a list of seventeen cars Only two of them were in the YARD after searching 4 2 hours, I go back to the front desk and they say they are confused because some of those numbers are from year old cars that have been sitting there and they are not still on the lot, and they're not sure why the numbers are printing out wrong. a total waste of my day, just disorganize pile of junk.

Dude this pick n pull specially makes up prices as they go. Dude they charge me $17 for abs and speed sensor just now, they're cheaper on the website and I could've just bought them new for literally less than $10. The hub, priced the slightly more than its advertised on their website. Dude $102 for 3 sensors and a wheel hub is lowkey highway robbery. This should've been like $50-$60 max. I like the other pick n pull in South Dallas because that one is always reasonably priced and so is the fort Worth location. I only came to this one because they had the car I drive. But some bonehead didn't know how to open the hood and instead damaged it, broke the hood release and grill. Literally cannot stand this yard. It's the worst of the bunch. And it's in the God damn ghetto. I know they overcharge because these poor people have no other choice.

I witness an employee name, Donna , rudely talk to a customer and also told the customer to “shut up “ !!! There was a major lack of respect for the customer

I'm posting this as a guy who doesn't do a whole lot of used car part shopping. I needed a hood for an '05 Volvo S60 that seemed impossible to find until finally I found it at this place. Arrived and waited in line for ~10-15 minutes to get in. Paid my $2 to get in. The map for the layout of the yard is weird. It doesn't really match up with the actual layout, but is close enough. Another 15 minutes of searching, and finally found it. Clearly people pick through these pretty quick. My car had been listed a few weeks prior, and had already been stripped of wheels, lights and bumper. Chunks of insides were gone. But, to my good fortune, the hood was there. Easy enough to get off with help, and luckily the check-out line was easier than getting in. 4 stars for what it is.

We got our glass replaced at the auto glass. It took 30 minutes and was 200 dollars. The desk was very very polite and welcoming. They have a vending machine for sodas outside the main office and a tv in the waiting room. Would come here again.

Huge line to get in like 30 deep. Same type of line to pay. They will also charge u an environmental fee so be ready for that.

Consistent with most you pull and pays that I have been to in other states. Found the part I was looking for. Workers at the front desk help a lot to narrow your search to the most likely vehicles they currently have on the yard that may have the parts you're looking for. Also saw complete cars for sale.

Parts availability is great, cleaning crew in the yard needs to put loose and discarded parts back into the vehicles for other customers to find, instead of throwing them away. More better customer service from cashiers

Went on a Friday morning between 1030am- 1230pm easy in and out. Had the part I needed also they print you a list of where the cars are. Wear boots if you have them, the folks working seems like they where ok, no one was rude. Over all good deal, better then paying what the dealer/auto parts store wanted for the part, and I still can pay my electric bill!

One of the managers here is not smart at all, she wanted to charge me for an ABS module just because her computer couldn’t pull up my brake pump. A pump is not a control module and they’re not the same price, I had to walk out without it

It says you close at 5pm I get there 4:28 to get a hinge off a car that will only take 2 minutes but lady tells me that they closed. I use to go all the time to get parts but now seems like the cars are out dated as well. It's better to go to a junk yard on Jefferson and Davis in Grand Prarie.

Tyrone is cool but the manager (lady with very short hair) always overcharges me. Many times I have to argue because she wants to nickel and dime me for every little nut bold and bulb. Even when the lines are long and the checkout/entrance is packed. Wish she would chill out and take better care of customers.

TERRIBLE customer service. Summer hours posted clearly say closing at 6pm. I get here at 5:21 pm and they refuse to let me in. When u drive 20 miles to a business and employees make up the closing hours its really aggravating. Then to top it off the attitude employees (Tesha), just makes the experience worse. Have been coming here for years and will continue regardless of the bad experience today.

We love how affordable the parts are. My issue is how they parse the costs. Every screw seems to be nitpicked. But on the whole, it's better than having to buy it new. Another suggestion: A cooling station would be nice. It's freaking hot out there in the summer with all that metal absorbing heat and reflecting it back. People can have heat stroke or exhaustion out there. I have. I hate for someone else to experience that.

very bad company. The availability of cars on the website does not correspond to the actual one. When I arrived, they printed out a sheet with the availability of 16 cars I needed, but in fact I didn’t find a single one. from simply no. They do this on purpose to get at least some money for entry.

The traditional pick and pull! Bring your own tools to pull parts off. Prices for parts are online and super transparent. I would recommend looking online and checking the row that the car you're looking for is on or you'll be walking up and down a lot of rows.
