Good customer service, and fast service. You might be able to find a part slightly cheaper at a u-pull-it junkyard, but you won't beat the convenience of having the part pulled, cleaned, checked over and ready to install. For used parts, Chuck's offering a warranty is a great indicator of them standing behind their parts!

Purchased transmission from this place, few days after purchasing they canceled order. They never gave a reason why and never answered my questions why. I did receive refund but this wasted my time. They were also $500 more expensive than their competitors.

I'm a owner of auto repair garage. I buy parts from chuck's probably around 8 years . in August i purchase a transfer case for Ford , they ask me for core back . I paid for core then in a two weeks I send them a core back. My customer transfer case has a electrical issue . no bode send me my check back for core , after 3 month sales person call me an say we will not give your money back because there was a hole in transfer case .I give to the driver a normal transfer case just with electrical issue and I believe hu delivered in same condition to his office .. Cheap company cheap person for 30$ they will never have business with my customers . Not because of 30$ just because off truth.

Called today 09.28.21 by 8.00am for oder parts , spoke with Dan ext. #502 , said will send me email with payment link . Received nothing next 30 min. and called back , he said don't worry ,this process l take more time ...??? ( sending email ???) , just wait ... Called again after few hours numerous time about make payment , he already never pick up phone and just hide ... really funny . Finally end of this day another sales person said this parts was sold another buyer by 10.15 a.m. .... So , I waste my time and availability take parts from another place , only because DAN ext# 502 IS LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL SALESPERSON . Avoid this lazy and terrible guy .

Called for a Chevy SUV front door. They had many on their website and in my paint code. Called up to make a purchase. Spoke to one of the desk person, Apparently all the ones listed on their website in my paint code were all gone. However he did have one in very good condition, which was not listed on the website. They quoted me a price that was $175 more than the others. Hmm.. Not sure If they were trying to jack me $175 more than the ones that were already listed online in very good condition but no longer available. He didn't even know what yard it was at. Its been three weeks and the same parts, that I was told were sold, are still listed online. This was my first time contact trying to buy parts from Chucks, after reading many reviews, It looks like this may be a bate and switch up sell policy of the company. Beware ! !

I am not sire why parts are so expensive at this junker. I called for a 2004 jeep liberty window regulator and they said over $100 each. A few dollars less than the brand new at autozon. I was so shocked i asked if they were selling it new. Unbelievable...I prefer calling EZ pull first or buying it on Amazon or autozone. Junkers are to save money not to pay the same price as retail stores

Had a fabulous experience!!! I needed a spare tire and Chuck’s was recommended by my mechanic Jeff at New Street Auto. I called, they had what I needed and I picked it up next day! They even loaded it into the well for me! Great service all around!!!!

Parts are over priced at the end of the day these are junk cars you go to a regular junkyard an you only pay a quarter of the price
