I had the radiator replaced in my Volvo at Chuck's about 2 weeks and due to another issue the vehicle was having I discovered that the radiator had not even been bolted back in place!!! Kind of makes me wonder if the other issue i was having with my vehicle was because of Chuck's and their stupidity or did they cause other stuff to malfunction out of spite?? That's just the gut feeling I get but I guess I'll never know! Tell you one thing I do know is how rude and unprofessional they are down there at that shop!! I will never take my vehicle back to that place again! you couldn't pay me to!!

Jeff is such a heart warming man who cares about the business and is very professional. Adam is amazing and great at what he does. I take all 5 vehicles to them and that's not including my friends and family's as well. They never let us down. Such amazing business
