I went in yesterday to get some parts for my Tahoe. The shop itself is absolutely ideal for any level mechanic! The organization is astounding. The owner does a great job making sure the property is maintained and safe. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 this go around is because of the interpersonal skills of the owner. While he is meticulous in organizing and cleanliness he lacks interpersonal communication skills needed for nonprofessional mechanics. This makes it very hard for some types of people that aren’t in the mechanic industry daily to do business there. I will say they are definitely working on these skills in the front office now! This is actually my second experience with them. I called when I first moved to the area about a year ago and definitely understood the 1 star reviews were from the lack of tact and not from the shop or products on hand. Because of the interaction I had over the phone I opted to pay more for a new part I needed then and not go there to get the in-person experience I received over the phone.Yesterday I decided I would go fully prepared to get the exact part I needed. I was try to avoid irritating them by being fully prepared because it seemed like they only wanted to help you if you knew exactly what you needed and what it was called. They did not have time to guess with you what you need. It went somewhat smoothly.I was not caught off guard when the owner stereotyped me because I am a female and asked me who took the part off for me multiple times but I stayed calm and told him multiple times it was me.After being allowed into the yard to get the part I needed I decided to ask about a few other parts I needed while I was there. This should have gone smoothly but the pressure of the amount of people triggered the owners ocd to help everyone quickly and he his tact started to take flight again.I was trying to do business and would have walked out spending much more there if he had given me the time and attention I was requesting. I see he is trying so I’m definitely not extremely upset.I also know this industry is male dominated and not many females have the interest in engineering they want added to their plate on top of the numerous other hats we wear as mothers and wives but I happen to love working on my vehicle and have been working on my own vehicles and with friends on their vehicles since I was a teenager. That is why my current Tahoe has 308k miles on it. I work hard to keep it running efficiently. As far as recommending this place: I’d definitely say give them a shot because they probably have the exact part you need…hopefully the owner will continue to improve his social skills. He could benefit greatly by reading (or listening to an audio on YouTube) “How to win friends & influence people” by Dale Carnegie. Then I wouldn’t doubt if all his reviews were updated from 1 star to 4-5 stars. This place has some serious potential once he masters his tact. The picture is of the stereo and the foot petal, parking and traction controls I replaced yesterday using their parts. Everything works great. I was also happy they worked out a decent deal and offered to allow 1 exchange if this part didn’t work. It worked though so everything is all good!Thank you for reading. I hope you give them a chance and find what you’re looking for. I’m betting they have it!Have a great day.

I called asking for some parts, was cut off, and then told that they would't remove any parts for me, nor ship any parts out via mail. When I attempted to inquire about other items, I was promptly cut off again. This leaves only one question to mind, which is; how does this business continue to operate with such disgusting customer service? I'm an agreeable person, and understanding that individuals can have bad days; however, this isn't the first negative review regarding this establishment. In conclusion, if you're considering purchasing any parts for your vehicle, please proceed with caution.Customer Service Rating: 0/10Supportive and Helpful: 0/10Source for a good story to tell your coworkers: 10/10 (Priceless)

You will never find another Used auto parts with this type of organization and super clean facility. Mark was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. I would recommend Citrons to all of my friends and family. If you want a good quality used part at a fair price Citrons is the best place to go.

If I could give these people a Zero. I would. Bad service and horrible manners. Learn how to be courteous. I called for a part for my car they immediately passed me off to a very rude guy. He gave me a price for a suburban and then told me the price again in Spanish and hung up on me. Wow. I called back to let them know they got the wrong model and make of car and they still gave me the same price. I asked thier name they said it didn't matter. I will never buy from a place like this. I found another place in Roswell, NM that has the correct part gave me a quote and going to pick it up from them much nicer people. Customer service is everything.

Needed new headlight assembly for both lights. My car needs stupid expensive headlights. They assisted me in finding the greatest pricing which was over $300 less than what other places wanted and ordered them for me. The customer service was outstanding, so I'm pleased to support them. We'd definitely return if we needed anything else.

In the automobile component recycling market, this is by far the best customer and service support I've ever encountered! Strongly suggested! Great price and prompt delivery of components. Staff was quite courteous, and they were extremely informed about my specific SUVs needs.

I ordered a hard to find part from here and am very happy. It was shipped quickly and arrived on time. I like that they have a warranty so I had time to check it out. It works great and the car is running just fine. Thanks!

The positive reviews are very difficult to believe! I have dealt with these people before and they are incredibly hard to deal with. Half the time they don't even let you explain what you need and they just tell you that we don't have it and hang up on you. I remember one time I took a fuel tank off a truck and the guy told me to bring the fuel pump back to the office. When I got to the office he acted like he was going to pull a gun on me and told me to get out of the office.Crazy way to run a business. I now order all my stuff online I would never go back to deal with this crazy guy!

Excellent professionals to work with. They have about everything you could possibly require. My vehicle was parked in the lot and my part was pulled for me. I will get all of my vehicle parts from them because they are really nice and helpful. They always have what I need, and they always have it when I need it.

This place is horrible. They treat customers like it’s a high security prison. They want one person at a time, have cameras all over the place. They cut you off when talking, especially on the phone. Make sure you call at least twice to make sure they have that exact part, and hope they don’t just brush it off and say yes. I drove all the way over here for nothing.
