I was told not to go back after requesting the refund that I was told I would be able to get with a 20% restock fee. First of all I called ahead of time first thing in the morning to ask about parts for my car. He told me he has them in stock and that he would have them ready by noon. I gave him extra time and didn’t come until 1:30. When I got there they had not even started pulling the parts. I said it’s ok and was willing to wait patiently. He dealt with the customer on the phone for about 15 minutes before even asking me again, what it was I was there for. At this point, I was still patient and kind told him what it was that I was there for and asked him about his refund policy if there was any issues or if for whatever reason I needed to return the items. He said if there is a fault with the part if it is malfunctioning Get me another part to replace it. Otherwise he would do a refund with a 20% restock fee. He told his guys to go locate the car and pull the parts. It took them over an hour just to locate the car part Because they had taken the bottom end out, and it was separated from the rest so they could not find it for over an hour. When they finally did find the car It took them about 10 minutes To come up. I needed a headlight CV axles and a wheel bearing hub. Because they do not want to take the time to take everything They literally just cut the lines and gave me the entire knuckle with everything attached. That’s why it didn’t take them very long to get the parts up to me. When they were taking out the headlight, they broke the mounting piece and told me that it would be fine. Luckily, the one on my car was not busted so we just took it off and moved it over. I did not inspect. The parts as I should have being as I don’t know as much about parts as I would like to, I just trusted That the owner of this location would not do me wrong. The parts that were given were not Good. The whole reason I was replacing my CV axles is because the boot Was leaking and I was already there to get the hubs so he said that he could give me the CV axles as. When I got them home, there was a rip in one of the CV axles and the other one was leaking as well. This would not fix the problem that I already had. I was told I needed the hub. But I did not need the hubs. I just needed bearings. The whole headache came from. I was told that Were discontinued And I needed to get them and the bearings. I was lied to. I only needed to get new bearings. So I called and explained to him about the CV axle as well as the And told him that I would be returning them and he told me that was fine And he would just charge a restock fee and we would figure it out whenever I got there. I got there and brought the parts up to the front and this is where he started to completely change. He was like a wolf in sheep’s clothing and all the Wool came off. He told me he didn’t care what he told me that he was not going to take the parts back because I wasn’t going to make his guys spend two hours in “165 degree temps” pulling parts just to return them all. First of all, I asked about his policy before they started. Then they took over an hour to find the car, and then gave me bad/broken parts. Clearly he was exaggerating to prove his point in his anger, but I had already discussed in detail with him about the return and he agreed twice. Then he tried to tell me he would only give me in-store credit. I refused. He argued this for a while and I told him know that I wanted the refund with the 20% restocking fee that I was quoted. Then he offered to give me half back.. I refuse that as well. He did not want to do the refund at all and after questioning if he was going to be a man of his word he finally agreed to give me a refund with a 25% restock fee and in the form of a check. After all of his hateful words, including calling me an idiot and saying, I didn’t know what I was doing And going back-and-forth on what he agreed to, he then told me to do him a favor and never Come back. I told him not to worry that would not be a problem. READ the reviews 1st.

Claremore Auto Salvage Goes Above and Beyond. My family and I were in a real bind last week, hauling our camper from Michigan to New Mexico when the clutch on my Dodge 3500 decided to give out near Claremore, Oklahoma. Their ingenuity and willingness to think outside the box were invaluable. They even put us directly in touch with a U-Haul rental company just down the road, which was a lifesaver. Thanks to the exceptional team at Claremore Auto Salvage, we were able to get our camper to New Mexico safely. Their professionalism, empathy, and sheer dedication to helping us out during a difficult time were truly remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for their outstanding service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto assistance. I called for the possibility they may have a part for my RV exhaust fan. The owner said he had some old RVs in the yard. If I fined what I needed, I could pull it and pay $45. When i got there he had a guy help me fined and remove the part. When I went to pay he said it would be $25. I gave the helper a tip and paid for the part. Great place, especially since I was heading back home in AZ. Thanks.
