Even though this place had poor reviews I decided to go because I couldn't find the part anywhere else. I called to see what time they closed and Google the address. When I arrived I didn't see anything so I called back to confirm the address and they told me that location no longer exist. The guy on the phone wouldn't give me the new address claiming I wouldn't make it on time cause the stop pulling parts at 1:30 and close at 2:00 and the time I called was like 1:10. I ask could he just pull the part because i really need it I even left work 3 hours early to catch them. The guy told me no and hung up in my face. All I needed was a trunk latch it takes like half of a minute to take it off smh. I guess I will just buy a new one from the dealer. I'd be damn if I give these ppl my hard earned money.

I'm only writing this review because asked to rate my experience.I was a little scared after reading some of the reviews here, and with my big mouth letting them know this, they asked me to write one of my experience. It started off simply, like any other person I called around and got an idea of price. These guys were competitive and close. I do personally want to share something I learned calling these guys. When I called them asking them for a tensioner for my explorer I was told they didn't have one. But did happen to have the alternator. When I got there to pay for the alternator, the lady asked me if I still needed the tensioner. I accepted and waiting for a mater of minutes before both parts were placed in front of me. To my surprise I asked why I was informed they didn't have it when they really did? This is the part where I learned something. 1st they have no way supposedly to keep track of tensions really. 2nd they don't always know what tensions will work for my application. 3rd they cant guarantee the condition of the part till they physically verify it(could do it when pulling off the alternator for me.) So I asked how did they know it will work on my truck now? "Simple, we know we have a match for the year, engine size, and the alternator, so its got to be a perfect match." Next question, why didn't you just send someone to check it the first time I called you guys? "Sir, we have to stop a guy from another part he maybe pulling for another customer or work he is doing to check on a part which you may never come to purchase, or the part may have been damaged from the accident, or seized up for as long as the vehicle has been here." This led me to my final question, how do you know the accident could have damaged the tensioner and how do I know its not damaged anymore? "We can see pictures of all our cars and see it is wrecked in the front, and we have tested the part prior to removing it from the truck before presenting it in front of you."It now makes more sense to me how these guys work. Though over the phone they were quick to get rid of me, I realized when I got there what really happens. Sometimes you have a few calls going and these guys don't like to have calls on hold. I did realize they nearly never had me on hold like some of the other places did. And lastly, it cost them money to send people to check parts someone may never actually show up to buy. I guess seeing things from the other side helped me realize, things aren't always what they seem to be.I would definitely go back to these guys for they appear honest and knowledgeable.

I just called to ask about a break sensor switch which deactivates the cruise control on my 1997 Ford Explorer and they wanted $35! The new price at the dealership is $32... When I told them this they said I could have it for $20. Make sure you check the new price BEFORE you call!
